An impressive torii gate greets visitors to the Kehi-jingu Shrine, an iconic symbol of Tsuruga city. Originally built in 702 A.D
With over 70 establishments, this thriving local seafood market, which translates to Sea of Japan's Fish City, sells product fresh from the Sea of Japan. Sakana Machi has been bringing in daily fresh seafood from Tsuruga Port since 1994.

陣屋/長久手:飛騨の高山ラーメンは醤油と麺が違う
今日のグルメリポート。
醤油のラーメンが食べたくなりまして。
長久手の陣屋さんに行ってきました。
ここはいわゆる高山ラーメンを食べさせてくれます。
メニューに飛騨中華そばってあるのが、その高山ラーメンです。
醤油色の黒いスープ。
だけど塩辛くはない。
ダシが効いてておいしい。
この醤油スープには、高山ラーメンの縮れ麺がよく合います。
とりそばもいただきました。
見た目はあっさりしてそうですが。
これまた深い味わいです。
サイドオーダーは陣屋豆腐。
いわゆる油揚げね。
極厚の焼きたての揚げがおいしい。

The ramen is soy sauce flavored soup.
I love this ramen.
Very good.
Torisoba also I ate.
Side menu is Jinya tofu.
It is a deep-fried tofu.
Fresh baked deep-fried tofu is seasoned with soy sauce.
Very tasty.

Después de pasar el día en Nara con Asu y Mauro, fuimos a un Restaurant de sushi en Kyoto y luego a tomar cervezas japonesas y fumar shisha.
Japanese Castle & Sakura Blossoms, Hikone Castle in Shiga pref. Japan Trip
Hikone castle is a precious castle which has maintained its original appearance since the early 18th century. Its donjon is designated as a Japan's national treasure.
The castle has many sightseeing spots like a wonderful Japanese garden, historic architectures and a museum. You can enjoy beautiful sakura cherry blossoms in spring and colorful leaves in fall.
Besides, there are many restaurants and souvenir shops around the castle so that you can enjoy shopping and eating local foods after walking in the castle.
Hikone city is easy to reach from major cities like Kyoto, osaka and Nagoya.
Why don't you stop by this real Japanese castle of the 18th century?
