長野県下高井郡木島平村カヤの平高原の近くに「長寿の森林」があります。ここは自然薬グループが社会貢献活動の一環として、豊かな森林づくりと人々の健康づくりに寄与したいと考えここに「長寿の森林」を造成したとの事です。ゆっくり歩けば1時間位で一周する事が出来、とても爽やかな良い所でした。

埼玉県・北本市自然観察公園 柳絮（ りゅうじょ）
りゅうじょ（柳絮）とは、柳の白い綿毛のついた種のこと。その綿毛が風に吹かれて乱れ散る様子を云います。 まるで季節はずれの吹雪といったところでしょうか。埼玉県北本市郊外の自然学習センターにて撮影しました。
さいたま市「ホタルの里」ピークらしいです。
さいたま市「ホタルの里」いい感じで見れました。今がピーク暗くなってから8～9時がいいらしいです。静かに見に行きましょう！
