Me and my friend Stefan spend the whole winter season in Sao Miguel do Gostoso, Brazil. Unluckily we caught an El Niño year, so the wind wasn’t as strong and constant as usual and from January on, we had many days without wind.

So we decided to make a trip together with our friend Martin. So we drove 2,5 along the beach untill we reached this isolated and idyllic little village named Galinhos. Usually there the wind is stronger and the water is flater than in Sao Miguel. We were lucky and caught 7 good days for the 4,8. I destroyed my own board on the third day so Stefan had to share his board with me. So we had lots of time to film each other on the following 4 days.

700km downwinder in Brazil

Since 5 days I've been on a mission with KiteActive to finish a trip of 700km with a kite and a board. We've seen amazing things like turtles, beautiful beaches and butterflat lagoons.
Today I've shot a little clip of what we've been today the last couple of days.
Starting the day at 07:00, having lunch at a lagoon and continuing the journey for some more waves.
