Kitsilano Beach, known as Kits Beach, is located on Cornwall Ave at the north end of Yew St. The Seawall runs along side the beach and Kitsilano Pool is at the west side. Kitsilano Beach is one of the most popular beaches in Vancouver, especially in the warm summer months. Located at the north edge of the Kitsilano neighbourhood, the beach faces out onto English Bay. The beach is home to the longest swimming pool in Canada, the salt-water outdoor Kitsilano Pool.

Kitsilano Beach is one of the most popular beaches in Vancouver, especially in the warm summer months. Located at the north edge of the Kitsilano neighbourhood, the beach faces out onto Burrard Inlet.
The beach is home to the longest swimming pool in Canada, the salt-water outdoor Kitsilano Pool, operated by the Vancouver Park Board and open during the summer.
Toward the northern edge of the beach is a playground and a number of beach volleyball courts.

Kitsilano Beach is one of the most popular beaches in Vancouver, especially in the warm summer months. This footage was taken in mid-spring hitting low 20s.
The beach is ocated at the north edge of the Kitsilano neighbourhood and it faces out onto Burrard Inlet.
Popular volleyball courts are located at the northern side of the beach.

Great place to go to see the beach. Easy walking and parking lot was not too full but we arrived early. There is free parking if you are willing to walk a ways. Excellent beach and facilities in a trendy neighborhood. Amazing views of downtown while still being away from it all in the relaxed Kitsilano. The ocean, the mountains, the clean, fresh air... what more could you ask for?

Kitsilano Beach and Pool, Vancouver August 14, 2010. Fuji Finepix XP video test. Butch (David Silvercloud) tries out his XP10 camera in extremely bright light at Kit's Beach in Vancouver and takes the camera underwater too. Camera is hand held and some frames were brightened in the editor (Video Pad). A nice little camera but the image can lack contrast when shooting in bright light. Great camera for overcast and rainy days.
