木内ギャラリー内部 Interior of the Kiuchi Gallery, Ichikawa

When I visited the gallery, it was not open to the public because some group exclusively was using it for their activity. However, I was fortunate enough to be permitted to get into and film it. Here I'd like to express my gratitude to this gallery's staff for their favor and kindness.

先ほども書きましたが、今日はとある団体の朗読会で、ギャラリーは貸し切り、外部の人は入れなかったのですが、ぶらぶらしていたら、職員の方のご厚意で中に入れてもらえました（*^_^*）。写真では何度かご紹介しているのですが、こうして動画で皆様に見ていただけるのは市民としてとてもうれしいことです。

木内ギャラリーでの朗読会 Giving a public reading at the Kiuchi Gallery

The Kiuchi Gallery's activities are not limied to holding exhibitions. Various events are held here like this one shown here. A lady are reading a book titled Five Peas, and people listening to it are also part of this activity.

こちらは「五つのえんどう豆」という可愛い民話ですが、音声が十分入っているかどうか、心配です。あまりよくお聞き出来ない場合は、朗読している美人の方をご覧になって我慢してください（*^_^*）

Kaii Higashiyama Memorial Hall, Ichikawa 「東山魁夷記念館」

The world-famous Japanese painter Kaii Higashiyama live for a long time in Ichikawa City, Chiba Pref., and contributed a lot to the city. In appreciation of this the City of Ichikawa made him an honorary citizen and built a memorial hall to house his and his friends' works. Though small in size, its atmosphere may remind you of Germany the painter loved so dearly. Unfortunately filming the inside of his hall is prohibited.
