To support the show:
Hooker Valley Track is so easy and hands down the most photogenic place in New Zealand. I feel no matter where you point your camera there's eye candy. Whether it be the beautiful Jillian Miller or Ryan Wlikes to the majestic scenery. It's such a simple walk as well so if it's not on your list of places to experience then your priorities are obviously not lined up correctly. Hahaha
Please go give your love to these amazing weirdos:

Basket Of Dreams, Queenstown Hill Walk, New Zealand
Basket of Dreams, Queenstown hill walk
It was the fourth day in Queenstown. We planned to climb up Queenstown hill. Just minutes from the bustling hub of the town centre, the Queenstown Hill trail has to be one of the most popular and accessible scenic walks in Queenstown. The gentle gradient and stunning scenery make it enjoyable for the visitors. It took us two hours return.
The walk begins amongst the Douglas Fir forest, and will take you through a spectacular display of cairn rock sculptures made by previous walkers. From here the trail spreads into open grassland, with terrific views of Queenstown, Lake Wakatipu and the striking mountain peaks which dominate the skyline. Atop the hill is Basket of Dreams sculpture by Caroline Robinson, a popular lookout spot, built to commemorate the Millennium.

TRAVEL NEW ZEALAND!! Queenstown // Catlin Forest Park // Otago // Christchurch
This was the 10 days we spent travelling from Milford sound to the south and east coast; travelling through Queenstown, Invercargill, Bluff, Catlin Forest park, Dunedin and ending in Christchurch.
The best part of this leg of the journey was just how wild everything was (Queenstown aside). The area around Catlin Forest park was amazing- full of trails just off the side of the road where you could park and a 15 min walk would bring you to a waterfall or a beach where dolphins would be swimming just 30m from the beach, or sealions would be sunbathing or chasing each other in the surf. And the best thing was, it was all free! No tourist traps or overpriced tours.
The moeraki boulders were quite interesting, though didn't warrant spending more than an hour or so there. The highlight of this step was probably spending the day at a wildlife reserve in Christchurch on new years eve! The place had loads of animals that you could feed (never get too old to enjoy feeding goats!), but also one of the few places you can see some of the rare animals native to New Zealand (Kiwis, Kea and Kaka).
