Peoria Carp Hunters
Book your Bow Fishing trip today
T-SHIRTS
Asian Carp have overrun the Illinois River in Peoria. Zac and Nate, water skiing CARP HUNTERS with swords and a wolverine claw, take matters into their own hands. We fabricate weapons, a shredder suit, and a methodology for killing Asian Carp, Silver Carp, Jumping Carp, Flying Carp. Have you ever seen anyone water skiing with a samurai sword? The Carp Hunters are vehemently opposed to the Asian Carp, Flying Carp, Silver Carp, Bighead Carp, Jumping Carp's progression up the Illinois River which will inevitably end up in the Great Lakes. Lake Huron, Lake Ontario, Lake Michigan, Lake Superior, and Lake Erie.
As we were Bow-hunting one day on the Illinois River we decided that it would be way more intense to waterski behind the boat with a shredder suit and a samurai sword in order to kill these uninvited Asian Carp, Flying Carp, Silver Carp, Bighead Carp, and Jumping Carp.
This video is the first in a series to show our story. We care greatly about preserving our natural ecosystem in the Illinois River. Since we can't Bass fish anymore we have taken on this burden. Bow Hunting aside, we have created a new way of fishing. Please enjoy the CARP HUNTERS.

The Human Microbiome: Emerging Themes at the Horizon of the 21st Century (Day 3)
Air date: Friday, August 18, 2017, 8:15:00 AM
Category: Conferences
Runtime: 04:59:15
Description: The 2017 NIH-wide microbiome workshop will strive to cover advances that reveal the specific ways in which the microbiota influences the physiology of the host, both in a healthy and in a diseased state and how the microbiota may be manipulated, either at the community, population, organismal or molecular level, to maintain and/or improve the health of the host. The goal will be to seek input from a trans-disciplinary group of scientists to identify 1) knowledge gaps, 2) technical hurdles, 3) new approaches and 4) research opportunities that will inform the development of novel prevention and treatment strategies based on host/microbiome interactions over the next ten years.

BOBBY FISCHER - WikiVidi Documentary
Robert James Fischer was an American chess grandmaster and the eleventh World Chess Champion. Many consider him to be the greatest chess player of all time. In 1972, he captured the World Chess Championship from Boris Spassky of the USSR in a match held in Reykjavík, Iceland, publicized as a Cold War confrontation, which attracted more worldwide interest than any chess championship before or since. In 1975, Fischer refused to defend his title when an agreement could not be reached with FIDE, the game's international governing body, over one of the conditions for the match. This allowed Soviet GM Anatoly Karpov, who had won the qualifying Candidates' cycle, to become the new world champion by default under FIDE rules. Fischer showed skill at an early age. At age 13, he won a that became known as The Game of the Century. Starting at age 14, Fischer played in eight United States Championships, winning each by at least a one-point margin. At age 15, Fischer became both the youngest ...

The Great Gildersleeve: Gildy the Athlete / Dinner with Peavey / Gildy Raises Christmas Money
Premiering on August 31, 1941, The Great Gildersleeve moved the title character from the McGees' Wistful Vista to Summerfield, where Gildersleeve now oversaw his late brother-in-law's estate and took on the rearing of his orphaned niece and nephew, Marjorie (originally played by Lurene Tuttle and followed by Louise Erickson and Mary Lee Robb) and Leroy Forester (Walter Tetley). The household also included a cook named Birdie. Curiously, while Gildersleeve had occasionally spoken of his (never-present) wife in some Fibber episodes, in his own series the character was a confirmed bachelor.
In a striking forerunner to such later television hits as Bachelor Father and Family Affair, both of which are centered on well-to-do uncles taking in their deceased siblings' children, Gildersleeve was a bachelor raising two children while, at first, administering a girdle manufacturing company (If you want a better corset, of course, it's a Gildersleeve) and then for the bulk of the show's run, serving as Summerfield's water commissioner, between time with the ladies and nights with the boys. The Great Gildersleeve may have been the first broadcast show to be centered on a single parent balancing child-rearing, work, and a social life, done with taste and genuine wit, often at the expense of Gildersleeve's now slightly understated pomposity.
Many of the original episodes were co-written by John Whedon, father of Tom Whedon (who wrote The Golden Girls), and grandfather of Deadwood scripter Zack Whedon and Joss Whedon (creator of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Firefly and Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog).
The key to the show was Peary, whose booming voice and facility with moans, groans, laughs, shudders and inflection was as close to body language and facial suggestion as a voice could get. Peary was so effective, and Gildersleeve became so familiar a character, that he was referenced and satirized periodically in other comedies and in a few cartoons.

SUMMARY
=======
Louisiana is a state in the Deep South region of the southeastern United States. It is the 31st most extensive and the 25th most populous of the 50 United States. Louisiana is bordered by Arkansas to the north, Mississippi to the east, the Gulf of Mexico to the south, and the state of Texas to the west. A large part of its eastern boundary is demarcated by the Mississippi River. Louisiana is the only U.S. state with political subdivisions termed parishes, which are equivalent to counties. The state's capital is Baton Rouge, and its largest city is New Orleans.
Much of the state's lands were formed from sediment washed down the Mississippi River, leaving enormous deltas and vast areas of coastal marsh and swamp. These contain a rich southern biota; typical examples include birds such as ibis and egrets. There are also many species of tree frogs, and fish such as sturgeon and paddlefish. In more elevated areas, fire is a natural process in the landscape, and has produced extensive areas of longleaf pine forest and wet savannas. These support an exceptionally large number of plant species, including many species of terrestrial orchids and carnivorous plants. Louisiana has more Native American tribes than any other southern state, including four that are federally recognized, ten that are state recognized, and four that have not received recognition.Some Louisiana urban environments have a multicultural, multilingual heritage, being so strongly influenced by a mixture of 18th-century French, Haitian, Spanish, Native American, and African cultures that they are considered to be exceptional in the US. Before the American purchase of the territory in 1803, present-day Louisiana State had been both a French colony and for a brief period a Spanish one. In addition, colonists imported numerous African people as slaves in the 18th century. Many came from peoples of the same region of West Africa, thus concentrating their culture. In the post-Civil War environment, Anglo-Americans increased the pressure for Anglicization, and in 1921, English was for a time made the sole language of instruction in Louisiana schools before a policy of multilingualism was revived in 1974. AAS Eclipse Workshop 2017
On 21 August 2017, a total eclipse of the Sun will cross the United States from coast to coast, giving tens of millions of people in a 70-mile-wide path from Oregon to South Carolina a chance to see the solar corona and experience all phases of the eclipse. The Moon's shadow will sweep across the country starting mid morning in Oregon with just under two minutes of totality and reaching maximum duration of approximately 2 minutes 40 seconds in Southern Illinois before exiting over South Carolina mid afternoon.
Outside the path of totality, all of North America will experience a partial eclipse. This event, the first total solar eclipse to touch the US mainland since 1979 and the first to span the continent since 1918, presents a unique opportunity to excite people about science and connect them personally to the cosmos, as well as to conduct several important scientific observations. We are a working group dedicated to the science and public outreach of this unique event.
The Eclipse 2017 Workshop IV took place in Carbondale, Illinois, on Friday and Saturday, 10 and 11 June 2016, at the SIU Carbondale Student Center, hosted by Bob Baer and Shadia Habbal.

Cruise Ship Clothing Tuxedo Gown? Carnival Triumph Norwegian Breakaway News OnBoard Photography We talk about what to wear on a cruise and should the guys bring a tuxedo for formal night? Hey and what about the onboard photography services? Should you use their services, or just do a couple of quick selfies?
We covered the Norwegian Breakaway cruise ship that sailed through a winter storm from the Bahamas to New York. Cruise ships have to keep on schedule as they sell cruises up to 2 years in advance. Ships can only stay in port for a certain amount of time between sailings and must unload passengers and board new passangers so that all air connections can be made from the port city. All of the food and supplies for the next cruise is usually waiting at the dock at a pre determined time to be loaded onto the incoming ship and with dock workers standing by the meter is running for the ship owners to get the ship turned around as quickly as possible. For passangers it all seems effortless and it should. We also talked about the latest update about the poop cruise ship called the Carnival Triumph which had failed a CDC inspection about a month ago. It had a new inspection and the score this time was 98 out of 100... one of the highest scores ever made. The Triumph cruise ship is probably the cleanest ship on the seas today.

SUMMARY
=======
There has never been an official language in Louisiana, and the state constitution enumerates the right of the people to preserve, foster, and promote their respective historic, linguistic, and cultural origins.
