This park is perfect for individuals wanting a bit of a leg stretch as the path is undulating with a few up hill and downhill sections and beautiful views. For family's there is so much to explore. The Gawton Well and Gawton Stone are spooky and mysterious. The Warders Tower is steeped in history and the waterfall walk is just plain beautiful.
I hiked this route on a beautifully sunny day and found the paths to be well laid, the signs to be fairly regular and well maintained in general, and the park in general to be very colourful and picturesque. I would strongly advise anyone to come and have a look at it.

Brown Edge Biddulph Walk
7 miles strengthenous walk around Brown Edge at Biddulph, Staffordshire today. 20 of us were in the sunshine and walked across meadows of buttercups and hills of bluebells. Many thanks to Andy who led us this wonderful walk! We started and finished at the Top Hill pub where we had a very warm welcome.
