Koh Lipe really is the most beautiful island in Thailand! With its crystal clear water and pristine beaches, Koh Lipe feels like heaven on earth. Even better: we got to spend time with family and good friends :3. We started our day with sunrise meditation, yoga and good food. During the day we went swimming, got a relaxing massage and we ended the day visiting 'the Cliff' for sunset and had dinner at 'The Box' in walking street. If you are thinking of going to Thailand, please don't forget to visit Koh Lipe! You will love it!

This is part 2 of our recent trip to Koh Lipe and Satun in the deep south of Thailand. Koh Lipe is bragged by many as the most beautiful place in Thailand and my wife Aorn has been asking me to take her there for a while now, so I had no choice but to travel across the country to find out for ourselves what it’s like. This raw travel video shows our holiday on Koh Lipe and the 7 island tour we did.

Satun is in the south of Thailand, on the border with Malaysia. It has some of the most beautiful islands in Thailand, including Koh Lipe, as well as waterfalls, national parks and the food there is amazing! There is plenty of delicious Thai street food at the food markets and some amazing Thai restaurants too. We ate some scrumptious Thai food while we were traveling in Satun, including during our Koh Lipe holiday!

You’ll find Thai street food on many street corners in Thailand, as well as at every market, be it in Koh Lipe, Satun, Krabi, Phuket, Bangkok or Pattaya, Thai food markets are one of the best places to buy fresh and authentic Thai food while you travel in Thailand. And the markets are a great place to try traditional Thai street foods, learn Thai recipes and cooking, as well as eat some of the best Thai dishes in Thailand. You'll see the people cooking the food right in front of you. And best of all, the food is cheap, often much cheaper than eating in a Thai restaurant. Eating at markets is a good way to eat cheap on your Thailand holidays.

Koh Lipe - Koh Adang | Tropical Island Hike | Episode 8
In this video, Cayla-Rae and I find ourselves in the incredibly beautiful Tarutao National Marine Park in Southern Thailand, located in the strait of Malacca.
The park is vast with a seemingly endless amount of islands to explore. Almost every island, in our experiences to the area so far have taught us that nearly all the islands are surrounded by an abundance of coral reef and marine life.
We based ourselves on the island of Koh Lipe and proceeded to a neighboring island called Koh Adang to tackle a relatively steep but easy hike to the lookout cliff, Chado Cliff, above Laem Son Beach.
This destination is a tropical island lovers paradise, and although some people complain that Koh Lipe can get relatively busy at times, its for good reason. The island is a gateway for outdoor lovers and adventurers.

Vom Tammalang Pier aus komme ich mit der Fähre nach Koh Lipe und nach Langkawi, die Fahrt dauert ungefähr 90 Minuten.
Wenn ich mit dem Auto komme gibt es vor dem Gebäude Parkplätze oder Fahrservice für weiter entfernte Parkplätze.

From Tammalang Pier I take the ferry to Koh Lipe and Langkawi, the journey takes about 90 minutes.
If I come by car there is parking in front of the building or chauffeur service for more distant parking.
