Five weeks after the bushfires we visited Port Macquarie Koala Hospital to see how the koalas and volunteers are going. President, Sue Ashton talks to us about the 37 koalas who have been admitted with varying degrees of burns and how they are recovering. We are proud to partner with them and help supply urgent care items such as drinking stations, extra volunteers and additional enclosures to support the hospital now and into the future. #KoalaHelp

Port Macquarie, Australia Koala Hospital & Big4 Holiday Park
Port Macquarie, NSW, is a jewel on Australia's Pacific Coast, with 17 stellar swimming and surfing beaches. We visited the Koala Hospital which does great work in saving these adorable guys.
We're staying at our 3rd Big4 Holiday Park, and we also spotted CAMELS on beach in Port Macquarie, which was a bit of a surprise! We were NOT, however, surprised to spot Goannas, which are big monitor lizards. Look for both camels & a goanna in the video.
Special thanks to Russell Mills for his help in planning our route. Learn all about the Legendary Pacific Coast here:
