Ancient Jiroft culture.
The Jiroft culture is a postulated early Bronze Age (late 3rd millennium BC) archaeological culture, located in the territory of present-day Balochistan and Kermān Provinces of Iran. The hypothesis is based on a collection of artifacts that were confiscated in Iran and accepted by many to have derived from the Jiroft area in south central Iran, reported by online Iranian news services, beginning in 2001.
The proposed type site is Konar Sandal, near Jiroft in the Halil River area. Other significant sites associated with the culture include; Shahr-e Sukhteh (Burnt City), Tepe Bampur, Espiedej, Shahdad, Tal-i-Iblis and Tepe Yahya.
The proposition of grouping these sites as an independent Bronze Age civilization with its own architecture and language, intermediate between Elam to the west and the Indus Valley Civilization to the east, is due to Yusef Majidzadeh, head of the archaeological excavation team in Jiroft. He speculates they may be the remains of the lost Aratta Kingdom, but his conclusions have met with skepticism from some reviewers. Other conjectures (e.g. Daniel T. Potts, Piotr Steinkeller) have connected Konar Sandal with the obscure city-state of Marhashi, that apparently lay to the east of Elam proper.
Many artifacts associated with Jiroft were recovered from looters described as destitute villagers who had scavenged the area south of Jiroft before 2001, when a team led by Yusef Majidzadeh began excavations. The team uncovered more than two square kilometers of remains from a city dating back to at least the late 3rd millennium BC. The data Madjidzadeh's team has gathered demonstrates that Jiroft's heyday was from 2500 BC to 2200 BC.
The looted artifacts and some vessels recovered by the excavators were of the so-called intercultural style type of pottery known from Mesopotamia and the Iranian Plateau, and since the 1960s from nearby Tepe Yahya in Baft. The Jiroft civilization hypothesis proposes that this intercultural style is in fact the distinctive style of a previously unknown, long-lived civilization

A ce jour, deux monticules ont été fouillés à Konar Sandal, et les découvertes ont inclus un grand bâtiment de deux étages avec des murs très épais, suggérant qu'ils ont formé une sorte de fortification.

جیرفت زادگاهی از تمدن جهان
خط، شهر و دولت، سه عنصر و پایه‌ی تمدن هستند که در کنار رودهای نیل، دجله و فرات پدید آمدند. شکل گیری این سه عنصر در کنار این سه رود برای تمامی دانشمندان امری بدیهی بود اما امروزدیگر اطمینانی به شکل گیری این سه عنصر اصلی تمدن در کنار این سه رود نیست. در اوائل قرن بیستم، با کشف فرهنگ در دره‌ی ایندوس این اطمینان مشوش شده بود، با کشف ثروتهای باستان شناسی هلیل رود و جیرفت، این اطمینان بیشتر متزلزل شده است. هلیل رود رقیب و هم تراز بین النهرین شده است. تمام یافته‌های هلیل رود از این سخن می‌گویند که: بقایای شهری بنام آراتا هستند، شهری افسانه ای که اولین متون یافت شده در بین النهرین نیزشکوه و جلال آنرا توصیف کرده اند و تا به حال باستان شناسان موفق نشده بودند آنرا با اطمینان شناسائی کنند. کشفیاتی به مانند هلیل رود و با این وسعت شاید قرنی یک بار صورت بگیرد. تازه اگر قرنی با اقبال باشد. اکثر متخصصان تمدن باستان شرق متفق‌القولند که: یک قبل و یک بعد از جیرفت وجود دارد که در حوالی آن، شهر اموات ونیز بقایای شهری دیگر با قدمت ۵٠٠٠ ساله کشف گردیده است. صحبت از یک قریه یا ده نیست. هلیل رود در عصر طلایی خود، شهری به وسعت چند کیلومتر مربع بوده که قدمت آن به ٢۵٠٠ سال قبل از میلاد می‌رسد. از نظرمقامات ایرانی، کشف این مرکز تمدنی و هنری ناشناخته که ۵٠٠٠ سال قدمت دارد، از اهمیت بالائی برخوردار است. برای تمامی کسانی که به میراث فرهنگی و باستان‌شناسی توجه دارند ، جیرفت اَولویت اول را پیدا کرده است. کشفی به این مهمی ناشی از چند واقعه‌ی کوچک بود. هشیاری گمرک ایران و نیز این که: در اوائل سالهای ٢٠٠٠، عتیقه های فراوانی از دوره برنز، بازارهای هنری اروپا، آسیا و امریکا پر کرد. گلدانهای کلوریت (سنگی تیره و نرم که آسان صیقلی و صاف میشوند)، مجسمه‌های کوچک که بعضی از آنها با سنگ‌های لاجورد زینت شده اند، برنزها و سرامیک‌هایی که به اشکال نادر و با ظرافتی بالا تزیین شده اند و به مبلغ ٣٠٠٠٠٠ یورو به‌فروش می‌رسیدند. پیکره نگاری(ایکونو گرافی) آنها اصیل است اما نه کاملا ناشناخته. اریک فواش، باستان شناس دانشگاه پاریس می گوید: عتیقه‌های مشابه، از خاک بیرون‌آورده‌شده‌بود ؛اما به تعداد خیلی محدود. ما نمی‌دانستیم از کجا می‌آیند و هیچ تصوری از مرکز تولید آنها نداشتیم. برای رفعِ شک در این باره، می‌بایستی سرچشمه‌ی این عتیقه‌ها را پیدا می کردیم. امروزه این عتیقه‌ها به‌صورت گسترده ای توسط دزدان پخش می‌شود؛ غارتگرانی که برمحققان نیز پیش‌دستی‌کرده‌اند. گمرک ایران سرنخی را پیدا کرد و با پی گیری‌های متعدد به استان کرمان رسید. در دره‌ی هلیل رود، در سال ٢٠٠١، پنج گورستان متعلق به ٣٠٠٠ سال قبل از میلاد، پیدا شد که یا از بین رفته و یا سرقت شده بودند. سارقین برای آن که گنج پیدا شده را به مساوات در بین خود تقسیم کنند...ادامه مطلب
