We parked our car at Antisamos Beach, then walked down the beach to the right which leads right to the path. It's a pretty steep uphill walk in the beginning. We had 32 degrees C and had to stop multiple times in the shade to drink water. The entire path is marked with yellow, blue and red signs on rocks and trees. Just watch out for those. Feels like a treasure hunt. Sometimes it's not very obvious, but all in all easy to follow and no map needed. It's useful though to have your phone's map to know how much of the way you have walked already. In the blazing heat I would only attempt the hike with fit people and plenty of water. It took as around 2 hours and 45 minutes to complete and we are very fit. The views on the way are amazing. We were the only people on the trail. They offer guided walking tours earlier and later in the year. It is not a super advanced hike, but you still need to watch out where you place your feet in some parts. We didn't want to also walk all the way back and booked a boat to pick us up at Koutsoupia beach 5 hours after we started walking. There is a watersports company right on Antisamos beach who offered this service for 70 euro. The boat ride back was also really fun.
The beach is frequented by tourist boats, but they only stay for around 20 minutes and leave again. We had 2 boats stopping while being there and had the beach to ourselves the rest of the time. Amazing walk and 100% worth the sweat!
