Kremasti is a town on the Greek island of Rhodes . Located on the west coast of the island, Kremasti is 12 kilometers from the capital of Rhodes, on the road to the airport. It has a population of 5,363 people and was the administrative center of the former municipality of Petaloudes.On a hill near the center of town are the ruins of a medieval castle. The local church, Panagia Katholiki is one of the largest and most beautiful on the island. The interior is decorated with murals and wood carvings. Next to the church is the municipal library, in an impressive building featuring classic Greek columns. The main road is lined with shops and restaurants. Kremasti has a beach on the Aegean Sea. It is not far from Petaloudes one of the island's major tourist attractions in the summer.

Rhodes is situated 363 km east-south-east from the Greek mainland, and 18 km from the southern shore of Turkey.

Ocean Blue Hotel View From My Room no. 223

The hotel service was great, clean, neat, professional team.
From the room you will see the pool and the sea, The sea is just two minutes walk from the room.
Within walking distance there is a shop (kiosk), the main road is quite close about 5 minutes walk and from there you can take a taxi to the city (15 minutes drive).
The only minus of the hotel was that it is the runway of aircraft landing at the airport of Rhodes. I was there for 5 days and aircraft noise does not really bother me.

Kremasti est un village dans la Laconie , au sud de la Grèce. Situé dans le Parnon chaîne de montagnes, il est de 860 m au-dessus du niveau des mers. Il fait partie de l'unité municipale de Niata Kremasti nom de dérive du mot grec kremasto», ce qui se traduit par «guillotine» ou «suspendu», puisque le village semble que si elle est suspendue dans les montagnes environnantes.
