These are some of the aerial shots i ve taken while on my holydays in 2019.
1. Krka Monastery is a Serbian Orthodox monastery dedicated to the Archangel Michael, located near the river Krka, 3 km east of my home town Kistanje, in central Dalmatia, Croatia.
2. Saint Cyril and Methodius Serbian Orthodox church located in my home town Kistanje. Built in 1888.
3. Located in vicinity of Golubic and Kastel Zegarski settlements, Kudin most has been constructed between 18th and 19th centuries. It is more than 100 meters long, connecting the two banks of Krupa. Due to its architectural beauty and historical value, the bridge has been put under state protection.
Literally translated, Kudin Most means ‘Bridge of Kuda’. According to a legend, that was a name of young man who built the bridge in order to reach a girl he loved very much. It is reminder that no river is too broad for true love.
4. Two kilometres downstream from Bilušića buk, at the canyon’s exit, the Krka River widens into the 400 metre wide and 1300 metre long Brljan lake.
5. Burnum is an archaeological site, was a Roman Legion camp and town. It is located 2.5 km north of Kistanje, in inland Dalmatia, Croatia. The remains include a praetorium, the foundations of several rooms, the amphitheatre and the aqueduct.
6. Saint Nikola Serbian Ortodox Church located in a village of Bezbradice near Kistanje.
7. Kistanje town center.

Krka National Park - Waterfalls in Croatia
If you love waterfalls, rivers, tracks, and a nice swim, Krka National Park in Croatia is definitely worth visiting. It lies within Šibenik-Knin County, and covers a total area of 109 km² of the loveliest sections of the Krka River, and the lower course of the Čikola River. The national park is a vast and primarily unaltered area of exceptional natural value, including one or more preserved or insignificantly altered ecosystems.
Krka National Park is open for visitors year round, and can be toured by water, by road or by foot on our many hiking trails, the only condition being that you abide by the environmental protection rules. There are five entrances to the park: Lozovac, Skradin, Roški slap / Laškovica, Burnum / Puljani and Kistanje / Krka Monastery. We entered through Lozovac. After purchasing an entry ticket, you have the option to go to the start of the track by foot or by bus. We opted for the 10 minute walk. The walk can be seen at the beginning of the movie.
My first impression of the park was: so much water! While other parts of Croatia had dry cracked earth, this part was overflowing with water. Even the path was covered in water in certain areas. The trail was easy, and quick drying shoes makes it very comfortable. One of the waterfalls on the trail we took was open for swimming. The water was very fresh (we were there in June) and the current was strong making upstream swimming a struggle.
Including the submerged part of the river at the mouth, the Krka River is 72.5 km long, making it the 22nd longest river in Croatia. With its seven waterfalls and a total drop in altitude of 242 m, the Krka is a natural and karst phenomenon. The travertine waterfalls of the Krka River are the fundamental phenomenon of this river.
A nice tip: visit Konoba Vinko after your hike and swim. It is an 8 minute drive from the car park and they serve the best traditional cooking there. We loved it so much we came back at 2 other occasions. Our favorite menu was the veil risotto and roasted piglet.
If you are interested to visit, you can find more information on the National Park on this website:

Hvar to Hvar sounds a bit dull and there was plenty of material for 2 episodes. Really nice, the falls at Skradinski Buk in the Krka National Park.
