Kualoa Regional Park is located at Kāneʻohe Bay, on the island of Oahu in the U.S. state of Hawaii. The park covers 153 acres (61.92 ha; 0.24 sq mi) across the road from the Pali-ku (cliffs) of the Koʻolau Range. The beach front is white sand and 1/3 mile offshore is the small basalt island of Mokoliʻi (or Chinaman's Hat).
The site is popular with watchers of wetland birds, such as the Japanese white-eye, Red-crested cardinal, White-rumped shama, Black-crowned night heron, Black-necked stilt, Nutmeg mannikin, Black noddy, Wedge-tailed shearwater, White-tailed tropicbird, Red-tailed tropicbird, Common myna, Common waxbill, Cattle egret and a variety of others. Kualoa Regional Park is a serene and beautiful place at the northern end of Kane'oho Bay. This spacious park is located at the Kane'ohe Point in the heart of the Ko'olau Poko land division.
Just a few hundred yards off shore is the well-known pointed landmass known as China Man's Hat. Mellow little waves lap against the thin strip of white sand; and the turqoise water is protected by a large barrier reef about 1/2 mile off shore. The highway runs closer to the mountains here than at many other beaches in windward Oaho, so Kualoa Regional Park is a place you can come to escape the buzz of traffic.
You will rarely find this place crowded, just perfect for a day of solitude and relaxation. The water is calm and warm. The Ko'olau Mountains in the background form a gentle crescent which nestle the beach Kualoa Regional Park between the mountains and the ocean. In the distance you can see Kane'ohe, Kailua and the coast stretching down towards Waimanalo.

Kualoa: The Jungle Expedition Tour @ Kualoa Ranch
We jumped on board one of Kualoa Ranch’s custom built, 16 passenger jungle vehicles for a 90 minute tour that rumbled us through the Hawaiian rainforest along jungle trails, across isolated stream beds and powered up steep, bumpy hills. It was an adventurous and rugged Jungle Jeep tour deep into the beautiful Hakipu`u Jurassic rainforest. This lush and tropical valley was where many of the Jurassic World, Kong Skull Island and Jumanji scenes were filmed. We also saw the 800 year old ancient Hawaiian fishpond called the Moli’i Pond. It is listed on the US National Register of Historic Places. A glimpse of some of the areas used to shoot the new Ben Affleck movie was a bonus! At the end of the Jungle Expedition, we enjoyed Kualoa Ranch’s delicious smoked barbecue lunch. ???????????????????????????????? ???? ???? ????????????????????????????????

Kualoa Beach, Oahu, Hawaii, Oct 16 19, 2012 Part 1a
Kualoa Park is one of the best park on Windward Oahu.
Four (4) days group (family) camping at beautiful KUALOA private Campground, located in Oahu, Hawaii. The Park is stunningly beautiful with the Kualoa Mountains in the background.Chinaman's Hat (Mokolii Island) can be seen from Kualoa Park. Walking along the park and see Chinaman's Hat is the highlight of the park. Mokolii is said to be the tail of a nasty lizard that was slain by a god. There are many facilities on the park - picnic tables, restrooms, kitchen, cold/hot showers, etc. The park is popular and used for athletic games and competitions.
Kualoa Regional Park
Kualoa Regional Park is one of the most breathtaking places in Oahu with its very open grounds and strong winds make this place very relaxing. People also come here for camping as well as a bit of swimming in their turquoise waters and soft, white sands. Being backed by mountains gives you ample shade and not to mention an amazing view worthy of a thousand pictures.
The park has wheel chair accessible pathways, comfort station, and 7 campsites for you to use. You'll have to get a printed permit to be able to camp in this park though. Kualoa Regional Park also has outdoor showers available for those looking for a swim in their nearby beach.

Places to see in ( Oahu - USA ) Kapiolani Park
Queen Kapiʻolani Regional Park is the largest and second oldest public park in Hawaiʻi, located in Honolulu, Hawaiʻi on the east end of Waikīkī just beyond Kuhio Beach Park and the Waikiki residential neighborhood. The 300-acre (1.2 km2) park, named after Queen Kapiʻolani, the queen consort of King David Kalākaua, is home to the Waikiki Shell and the Honolulu Zoo.
Prior to being used as a public space, the area was a mix of swamp land and arid plain unsuitable for building. In the 1870s, Kalākaua was charged to find a permanent, dry course for horse racing. Since Waikiki was popular with wealthy racing fans, Kalākaua chose the unoccupied and dry plain at the foot of Diamond Head where the park now stands. On June 11, 1877, the park was dedicated as the first Hawaiian public space. Scotsman Archibald Scott Cleghorn was Vice-president and later president of the Kapiʻolani Park Association, a group of businessmen, who convinced Kalākaua to give them a 30-year lease for $1 per year. Cleghorn was a Hawaiian citizen married into Hawaiian Royalty. Cleghorn planned the park's landscaping, including the majestic ironwood trees. Money was raised with $50 shares in the association. Shareholders could lease a beachfront lot near the park, and many had cottages there by the 1880s.
A lease was granted to the Honolulu Cricket Club in 1893. Top cricket players from San Francisco's California Cricket Association played for local teams. During the 1893 overthrow of the Kingdom of Hawaii, most of these became privately owned, and most were later given back to the city or condemned. Now the park consists of open green space, lilyponds, the Honolulu Zoo and the Waikiki Shell entertainment venue.
After the overthrow, the land was conveyed to the Republic of Hawaii and managed by the Honolulu Park Commission. The legislation provided that the park be set aside permanently as a free public park and recreation ground, forbade the sale or lease of land in the park, and prohibited charging of any entrance fees. Since 1913, the park has been maintained by the City and County of Honolulu's Department of Parks & Recreation.
Besides the zoo and the Shell, the park includes tennis and basketball courts, soccer, baseball, lacrosse and rugby fields and an archery range. The park hosts many international lacrosse and rugby tournaments a year. Its bandstand serves as an entertainment venue. It is also a popular course for joggers who utilize its two-mile (3 km) circumference. The park also serves as the site, as both the starting and finish lines, of road races in Honolulu including the Honolulu Marathon.
Kapiʻolani park is also home to Honolulu Cricket Club, the only cricket club in the Hawaiian Islands. Founded in 1893, it is the oldest sporting club in the Pacific according to Guinness World Records. As Kapiʻolani Park continues south it becomes Kapiʻolani Beach Park, adjacent to Kuhio Beach and Waikiki Beach. The park itself also serves as a natural border between Waikiki and Diamond Head neighborhood.

Aloha!~
ALOHA TOWER
Located on the Honolulu Harbor in Downtown Honolulu, about 15 minutes west of Waikiki, Aloha Tower is an iconic symbol of Hawai‘i. Aloha Tower is the most recognized building in the state of Hawai‘i, second only to Diamond Head as its most famous landmark.
Built in September of 1926, Aloha Tower was the tallest building in the islands for four decades, offering spectacular views of the harbor and housing an observatory and lookout station for harbor pilots. Its lighthouse served as a navigation landmark that could be seen from 15 miles at sea, while its clock was one of the largest in the United States. The tower stood as a welcoming beacon for visitors when travel to O‘ahu was done entirely by sea, serving as Honolulu’s “Statue of Liberty.” Duke Kahanamoku even set his first swimming world record at Pier 7, and the wharf was also known for Boat Days, a lively celebration to welcome the arrival of visiting ships.
For a period of time during World War II, the U.S. military took control of the tower, painting it in brown and green camouflage and shutting off its beacon to minimize detection. Patrols by Army sentries didn’t end until the camouflage was sandblasted off in 1947; the Aloha Tower reopened in 1948 in its original glory as one solid color.

Big Island (Hawai'i Island), Hawaii 4K (UHD)
Recorded: May 2019
This is one of the three Hawaiian islands that I decided to visit. I spent three days there, drove 345 miles by car and visited, incl. the places described below.
I think that three days on such a large island is a bit too little. The distances between the points to travel are longer than on other Hawaiian islands.
Big Island, or Hawaiʻi Island is the largest and the southeasternmost island located in the U.S. state of Hawaii. The island of Hawaiʻi is the third largest island in Polynesia, behind the two main islands of New Zealand. Administratively, the whole island encompasses Hawaiʻi County. The county seat and largest city is Hilo where I lived.
