Walked around the Historical Village of Kudoyama, Wakayama, at the foot of Mt. Koya. This is the place where Legendary Samurai Father & Son, Sanada Masayuki and Yukimura were confined for more than 10 years. NHK's historic drama Sanada Maru tonight (9/18) will be about the story that they lost the war, somehow avoided seppuku (forced suicide) and came to this place in 1600.

This time at Kudoyama Station ⇒ Enter Koyasan Choishimichi from Jison-in temple ⇒Ropponsugi ⇒Niutuhime Shrine ⇒Return to Ropponsugi ⇒ Kamikosawa Station I took the route. (I will challenge Koyasan next time.)
