A bike from from Hakoda to Akebonocho in Kumagaya, Japan
A friend of mine visited Japan with his GoPro camera so we mounted it to the front of a bike and rode across town from our apartment to Emma and Tommy's apartment. The annoying sound at the start is the bike's headlight making noise, we shut it off about 30 seconds in. Oh, we also made a stop at 7-11.

Yay I get to eat Yakitori delicious Chicken Grilled Skewers and play with the Shishi-Mai Lion who though didn't bite my head like he did to the kids, maybe he thought I am just a tourist and would be scared if he did bite me to wish me good luck...but anyway it was a wonderful day by the river, not as many crowds given the Sunday, then again everyone came with their own tent which was surprising to me. The Tama River goes on for few kilometers and there are thousands cherry trees in bloom, the river banks are quite wide and you can play there games and sports and do bicycle tours, catch fishes and enjoy many other flowers of the season.

Located about 20 minutes north of Chichibu by train, Nagatoro is a popular spot for Tokyo day trippers looking for hiking, river boat tours and wild water sports in largely unspoiled nature. The whole town of Nagatoro has been designated a prefectural nature park and preserve.

The Nagatoro Line Kudari river boat experience has been part of Nagatoro since 1915, and is one of the town's major attractions, bringing in 200,000 visitors a year. Ride a boat handled by a pair of skilled boatmen and view the gorgeous valley crafted by nature while cruising down fast rapids and gentle currents. Cancellations do occur in the event of bad weather.

Asami Reizō has two branches separated just by a single train stop.
The main branch, Kanasaki, is accessible from Kami-Nagatoro Station, and is by far the most popular branch. In Summer you can expect to wait between 2 to 3hrs to get in. The other branch, Hodosan, is accessible from Nagatoro Station. It can still get busy here but not to the extent of the main branch.
