Kune Falls are the 14th highest waterfalls in India located in Lonavala with a total height of 200 metres. The enchanting waterfalls in Lonavala fall in three tiers amidst the backdrop of tantalising Sahyadris within the Lonavala-Khandala valley and makes up for an enchanting visual experience. Unfortunately, the road to the Kune Falls is under private and hence visitor entry is restricted.Then also we managed to get there by following the stream to the fall.

The description can be read as follows;
1) A coverage of Triple KYN WAG-7 bankers coming out of tunnel, descending Lonavala - Karjat section with a capture of Volvo Buses, Vehicles, Trucks struggling to climb the gradient of Mumbai Pune Expressway and Old Mumbai - Pune Highway too.
2) A great view of Clouds, Greenery, Waterfall, Mumbai Pune Expressway and Khandala Town.
3) 17031 Mumbai Cst Hyderabad Express climbs the 1:37 gradient of Khandala with utmost ease with the help of leading KYN WDM-3D# 11471 and 8700Hp bankers (KYN WCAM-2P# 21876 and KYN WAG-5A# 23649).
4) Pune Indore Express with BRC WAG-5P # 23249 majestically enters scenic Khandala station for its brake testing halt. Railfan Kharad Variyava can be seen at the first door of 2nd coach. I was busy videographing when he saw me in action and shouted at me. I went running a few coaches and had a short conversation with him.
5) Late evening, there is total cloud cover at Khandala station.
