Adapun isi materi menyajikan keunikan jenis ikan Lomek yi dari kata lamak atau enak atau gurih sekali, yang nama latin nya adalah Harpodon.sp.
Banyak ditemukan di Tanjung Samak Riau, merupakan daerah tujuan wisata dan kuliner yang unik sangat menarik dan berbeda dengan daerah lainnya, dengan home stay di rumah penduduk atau wisma. Menyajikan dengan tambahan ilmu pengetahuan bioteknologi laut. Ikan ini diciptakan tidak bersisisk, namun bisa bertahan hidup di air keruh dan air gambut yang asam. Untuk itu ia mempunyai lapisan antibakteri dan anti biotik (bioluminescence) yang sedang diteliti secara ilmiah. Sebagai upaya pengkayaan pengetahuan sumberdaya perikanan dan laut Indonesia, terutama bagi generasi muda dan milenial. Wilayah ini mempunyai potensi ekonomi yang sangat bagus dari hasil perikanan nya. Akulturasi budaya melayu dan tionghoa, wisata budaya di Tanjung Samak dan Kepulauan Riau pada umumnya.
