Pitta – Umwandlung (z.B. Stoffwechsel; Verdauung)
Kapha – Stabilität (z.B. Formgebung; Schleimbildung)
Die drei Doshas sind in jedem Menschen von Geburt an individuell unterschiedlich kombiniert – unsere Konstitution. Welches Dosha bei Ihnen dominiert, wird im Rahmen der Ayurveda Kur in unserer Klinik in Bad Ems bestimmt.
AYURVEDA = AYUS und VEDA
Die Sanskrit-Worte „Ayus = Leben“ und „Veda = Wissen“ beschreiben ein ganzheitliches Gesundheitssystem, das bereits etliche Jahrtausende vor seiner Aufzeichnung mündlich überliefert wurde und das somit älter ist als jede andere medizinische Wissenschaft.
