Pascal Belda, CEO of WINNE (World Investment News) inaugurated 2011 International Partnerships Conference: Doing Business with Africa, held in Tenerife (Spain) from 29th March to 1st of April 2011.
The conference brought higher levels of investment and partnerships between the public and private sectors for both the African continent and its non-African partners, expanding these worldwide networks.
