La azotea
Proyecto residencial colonial ubicado a 400 metros de la Plaza Central de Jocotenango y adyacente con Centro Cultural La Azotea.
La ubicación estratégica de Residenciales Jardines de la Azotea permite vistas sin obstrucción del Volcán de Agua y a la vez disfrutar de las instalaciones que el Centro Cultural La Azotea posee (Museo de Café, Museo de Música Maya, Museo de textiles, Club Ecuestre Profesional, Restaurante y la famosa Finca La Azotea).
Residenciales Jardines de la Azotea posee todas las licencias y permisos de construcción proveídos por El Consejo para la Protección de La Antigua Guatemala por lo que su diseño y características garantizan una alta plusvalía de su inversión Residenciales Jardines de la Azotea cuenta con más de 13,000 varas² de área verde para recreación, garita de seguridad con entrada y salida independiente, muro perimetral,
calles empedradas de 6.50 y 7.50 metros con cul-de-sacs o rotondas, banquetas de 1.25 por cada lado, servicios subterráneos, iluminación pública por medio de faroles coloniales, drenajes.
El proyecto contará con 160 casas y se desarrollará por medio de 2 fases.

Antigua es uno de las ciudades más bonitas en Guatemala. Están muchos montañas cerca del Antigua, especialmente las tres volcanes del “Volcán de Agua,” “Volcán de Fuego,” y “Acatenango.” Volcán de Fuego tiene erupciones frecuentemente, y es un poquito peligroso. Muchos de las casas en Guatemala tienen un patio del aire libre en el centre de la casa. Por eso, la temperatura en la casa es casi lo mismo como la temperatura exterior. La comida está muy bien, especialmente las “chuchitos.” Aunque la cultura en Guatemala es diferente de la cultura en otros partes del américa latina, es una cultura muy bonita y con mucha diversidad.
