The Costa Blanca North (Altéa, Jávea/Xàbia, Moraira) is one of the most beautiful regions of Spain.
bulk&partner [finest properties] The best properties on the Costa Blanca North / Real estate is our passion ...
↓ more infos ↓ all content ↓
From Dénia in the north over Jávea, Moraira and Altéa, a charming little town loved by artists, down to Alicante in the south you find the richest variety of landscapes. The south is relatively flat with long beaches, the north wildly romantic with harsh cliffs, bays and coves and fine sandy beaches. Surely, here the Costa Blanca is the greenest because of a multitude of citric-, almond- and olive orchards. In the countryside around Altéa you will also find Nisperos (loquats) that are surumoured to have healing virtues
Moraira
Moraira is small coastal town situated in the beautiful mountainous north-eastern tip of the Costa Blanca. The resort is conveniently placed between the airports of Alicante and Valencia (about 90km from each).
The surrounding region has a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, with beautiful and unspoilt scenery and many small villages to explore.
The town itself has pleasantly grown from a small fishing village to an attractive holiday and retirement resort, retaining its considerable charm that attracts visitors from all over Europe.
Moraira has an impressive marina, an excellent variety of local shops, markets, harbourside fish restaurants and bars and best of all has still managed to preserve its Spanish character.
Benissa
Benissa is located towards the northern end of the Costa Blanca, just off the A-7 Motorway; the trip to and from Alicante airport takes just over one hour. The town is small, but enchanting with its medieval architecture and charming plazas.
Although only 5 kilometres distance from the sea – as the crow flies, the nearest beaches by road are approximately 11 kilometres away and the seaside towns of Calpe (to the south) and Moraira (to the north east) are approximately 12 kilometres distance.
The views of the Mediterranean, the weather, wild nature, the quality of the light, the towns architecture, Benissa will seduce you.
Jávea (Xábia)
Jávea is a small, historic town, free of high rise buildings offering a relaxing holiday atmosphere. The local people are friendly and affable. The clean, warm, blue Mediterranean Sea laps the beautiful beaches and coves that Jávea has to offer.
With its variety of landscape, ranging from sandy coastlines to rugged mountain areas, its mild year-round climate, its careful planning policies and extensive tourist facilities, Jávea is a jewel on the Costa Blanca, combining beauty and modern facilities with the charm of an ancient fishing village.
The town is situated between the San Antonio and La Nao points and enjoys the impressive and magnificent protection of Mount Montgó.
Altéa
A visit to Altéa starts at the highest part of the town. From the Plaza de Nuestra Señora del Consuelo, boasting a church topped by unique blue and white tiled cupolas, a magnificent view over the district can be gained.
Cobblestoned streets and steps descend the hill, flanked by whitewashed houses, which were once protected by town walls.
At the foot of the hill is the fishermen's quarter, now enlivened by a seafront promenade and a port, which keeps the town busy.
Along streets and around plazas, craftsmen and artists mingle with holidaymakers and neighbours to form a captivating crowd.

Diane and Ronny find their dream home on the Costa Blanca
After months of waiting for their new dream home in the sun to be completed, Diane and Ronny finally picked up the keys to their new property.
They chose a beautiful new home in Villamartin, close to the Villamartin Plaza and the majestic fairways of Villamartin golf course.
Buying a new property in Spain has significant benefits, and Diane and Ronny can spend more time exploring the local area this year and taking time to enjoy the forthcoming summer.
Villamartin is a popular choice with people looking for a second home on the Costa Blanca. The close proximity to both the N-332 coast road and the AP-7 motorway means you never have to travel too far to reach essential amenities.
And Villamartin itself is full of first class restaurants, cosmopolitan bars, local shops, and of course Villamartin Plaza.
The Plaza as it is fondly known by locals, is a unique residential community with properties arranged around a beautiful palm lined central square.
The main square is set across two levels, and hosts bars, restaurants, shops, and local businesses.
The typical Spanish architecture is beautifully adorned with wrought iron balconies, terracotta and ceramic tiles, and stunning Spanish style street lamps.
A heady selection of food is available from the bistro style restaurants, from regional delicacies to full international menus, at surprisingly affordable prices.
Varieties of English, German, Argentinian, Spanish, Italian and American fayre makes Villamartin Plaza the central hub of the area, and The Plaza offers a packed entertainment calendar throughout the summer months including plenty of live music performances.
But with spring upon us now, we're sure that Diane and Ronny will find plenty of entertainment on the Orihuela Costa this year, and the team at Inmo Investments would like to wish them many happy years in their new home, and thank them for being such wonderful customers.

Views over Benidorm
Views over Benidorm, from Sierra Helada, Tossal de la Cala, and Plaza del Castillo
Descripción de la bahía del Albir. Altea. Alicante.
