I’m very excited to share this first full street food in Pakistan video with you! We started our trip in Lahore, a vibrant, colorful, and packed full of food city. Our first day in Lahore turned out to be a 16 hour street food marathon in Lahore, and it was an amazing day!

Sadiq Halwa Puri ( - We began the day with a very common breakfast throughout Pakistan, halwa puri, but along with chana curry (chickpea curry). We ate off the car, enjoying every bit of the freshly fried puris and curry.
Total price - 640 PKR ($4.78)
Chacha Feeka Lassi ( - Next we drove over to Gawalmandi, one of the most legendary areas in Lahore for food. We headed straight to a breakfast staple, the lassi shop and had the most creamy heavy milkshake I’ve ever had, called a pera lassi.
Roasted chickpeas - 25 PKR ($0.19) - After exiting an alley, right in front of us was a man selling chickpeas and corn roasted in black Himalayan salt. It’s a very common street food snack in Pakistan.
Sweet potato - 80 PKR ($0.60) - Sweet potato is also a very common street food snack in Lahore, seasoned with masala and a type of citrus juice.
Baba Kulfi Wala - Next we headed over to Shah Alami Market, another huge and bustling market in Lahore.
Kulfi - 20 PKR ($0.15) each - One of the most famous places to eat ice cream in Lahore is Baba Kulfi Wala, and you’ll find a crowd of people standing around the corner of the road eating sticks of their famous kulfi.
Orange juice - 50 PKR ($0.37)
Chana chaat - 120 PKR ($0.89) per plate - One of my personal favorite Pakistani street food snacks of the day was chana chaat, a chickpea snack. He added in all sorts of spices, chutneys, and seasonings, to create a deliciously refreshing snack.
Butt Karahi Tikka Restaurant - Easily one of the most well known restaurants in Lahore is Butt Karahi, specializing in curry made in a rounded pan, called a karahi (we will be eating a lot of karahi’s in Pakistan!). We ordered both a mutton karahi and chicken karahi. Both were amazing, filled with spices and butter, but the tenderness of the mutton was the winner.

Siddique Fish Corner - You’ll notice that Lahore seems to come alive at night, and street food is everywhere at night. We began the evening with Siddique Fish Corner, one of the best fried fish stalls in Lahore. It was awesome, and so busy.

Khalifa Balochi Sajji - Another Pakistani dish I wanted to try was chicken sajji, a type of hand rotisserie chicken. The atmosphere and cooking method was incredible.
Total price - 390 PKR ($2.91)
Khan Baba Restaurant - Finally for our last dinner on this 16 hour day of food in Pakistan, we went to one of Ali’s favorite restaurants in Lahore, Khan Baba. The goat chops were impressive as was the korma curry.

Lahore Metro Bus City Tour Was in 20 Rupees Traveling BRTS Pakistan
Lahore is Pakistan's Second Largest city & Capital of Punjab Province. Foreigners & Local Tourists in Large number travel in Pakistani City Lahore every year. Once Upon a time, Lahore Metro Bus City tour was in only 20 Rupees from Shahdara to Gajjumata 27 Km Metro Bus route through historical city Lahore.
There are several modes of transport available in Lahore Rickshaw, Taxi, Pakistani Bus services but my video about Lahore Metro Bus Service. I was lucky to travel on Metro Bus in 20 rupees before Change. I mean Fare Change. It is Good Air conditioned Metro Bus service for Cheap Lahore city tour. in this video BRTS Shahdara to Gajjumata 27 Km Metro Bus route trip. River Ravi is sleeping after the construction of several dams in India. Daily 100000 plus Passengers use Metro Bus Service in Lahore to reach their destination.
Lahore Metro Bus Service was launched in February 2013, covers the 27km-long route from Gajjumata to Shahdara. It was built with Rs 30 billion and causes approximately Rs 4.2 billion in an annual loss to the Punjab government. The fair was Rs. 20 which was fixed before PTI Imran Khan Govt. The passenger can leave the bus on any stop between Shahdara and Gajumata and has to pay only Rs. 20.
This project is facilitating the residents of Lahore on daily basis and its services are satisfactory. The bus service starts at 6:30 AM till 10:30 PM in the evening without any pause. Every bus comes after a distance of 3 to 5 minute and currently, 40 plus buses are in the running position with a seating capacity of 100 plus passengers. Fair for per passenger is costing about Rs. 50 per passenger while the passenger was paying only Rs. 20. The Punjab Provincial Government was paying the deficit from his own account. The government of Punjab has announced to end subsidy on Metro Bus fares that cost billions of rupees annually.
The Passengers have to pay more than the current fares so that the government can cut its deficit.
A Turkish company Albarak is running the Metro Bus.
In India, the Delhi Metro has brought a reduction in environmental pollution so We hope to reduce the Environmental Pollution in the Lahore city.
Lahore Metro Bus Stops are Shahdara, Niazi Chowk, timber market, Azadi Chowk, Bhati Chowk, Katchery, Civil Sectretrate, Mao college, Janazgah, Qartaba Chowk, Shama, Icharah, Canal, Qaddafi Stadium, Kalma Chowk, Model Town, Naseerabad, Itfaq Hospital, Qainchi, Ghazi Chowk, Chungi Amar Sidhu, Kamahan, Atari Saroba, Nishtar colony, Youhanabad, Dulu Khurd and Gajjumata.

Lahore is the capital city of the Pakistani province of Punjab, and is the country’s second-most populous city after Karachi.[5] The city is located in the north-eastern end of Pakistan's Punjab province, near the border with the Indian state of Punjab. Lahore is one of Pakistan's wealthiest cities with an estimated GDP of $58.14 billion (PPP) as of 2014,[7][9] Lahore is the historic cultural centre of the Punjab region,[10][11][12] and is one of Pakistan's most socially liberal,[13] progressive,[14] and cosmopolitan cities
Lahore's origins reach into antiquity. The city has been controlled by numerous empires throughout the course of its history, including the Hindu Shahis, Ghaznavids, Ghurids, and Delhi Sultanate by the medieval era. Lahore reached the height of its splendour under the Mughal Empire between the late 16th and early 18th century, and served as its capital city for a number of years. The city was captured by the forces of Persian Emperor Nader Shah in 1739, and fell into a period of decay while being contested between different powers. Lahore eventually became capital of the Sikh Empire in the early 19th century, and regained much of its lost grandeur.[16] Lahore was then annexed to the British Empire, and made capital of British Punjab.[17] Lahore was central to the independence movements of both India and Pakistan, with the city being the site of both the declaration of Indian Independence, and the resolution calling for the establishment of Pakistan. Lahore experienced some of the worst rioting during the Partition period preceding Pakistan's independence.[18] Following independence in 1947, Lahore was declared capital of Pakistan's Punjab province, and is now the largest Punjabi city in the world.[19]
Lahore exerts a strong cultural influence over Pakistan.[11] Lahore is a major centre for Pakistan's publishing industry, and remains the foremost centre of Pakistan's literary scene. The city is home to the annual Lahore Literary Festival, considered to be one of South Asia's premier cultural events.[20] The city is also a major centre of education in Pakistan,[21] with some of Pakistan's leading universities based in the city.[22] Lahore is also home to Pakistan's film industry, Lollywood, and is a major centre of Qawwali music.[23] The city also hosts much of Pakistan's tourist industry,[23][24] with major attractions including the famed Walled City, numerous Sikh shrines, and the Badshahi and Wazir Khan mosques. Lahore is also home to the Lahore Fort and Shalimar Gardens, both of which are UNESCO World Heritage Sites

After the fall of the Ghaznavid Empire, Lahore was ruled by various Muslim dynasties known as the Delhi Sultanate, including the Khiljis, Tughlaqs, Sayyid, Lodhis and Suris. When Sultan Qutb-ud-din Aybak was crowned here in 1206, he became the first Muslim sultan of the Indian subcontinent. It was not until 1524 that Lahore became part of the Mughal Empire. Lahore is regarded as the heart of Pakistan and was known as the Paris of the East before the riots of 1947.[14] Out of all the cities of India, Lahore suffered the greatest loss due to the Partition of Punjab in 1947.
