浜名湖は遠くのあまり知らない人からすると、淡水湖だと思う人も多いであろう。１４９８年の大地震の前までは淡水湖であった。１４９８年（室町時代）の明応の大地震により大きな津波が沿岸部を襲い、浜名湖に海水が入った。 それにより淡水と海水が入り混じる汽水湖になる。
外海と浜名湖の入り口の所を今切口という外海から来る魚はここを通り浜名湖に入る。魚によっては浜名湖の奥（奥浜名湖）、浜名湖に流れ出る川（新川、都田川等）もしくは以前は汚染湖沼全国ワースト１位の汚名をうけた佐鳴湖のほうまでいく魚もいる（ハゼ、クロダイ等）
浜名湖にいる魚は、クロダイ、キビレ、へダイ、スズキ（マダカ、セイゴ）、サヨリ、キス、アナゴ、ハゼ、ヒラメ、カレイ、カワハギ、ウマヅラハギ、メジナ、メバル、マゴチ、メゴチ、タコ、コウイカ（スミイカ）、ウナギ、べラ、メバル、カサゴ、クサフグ、ヒイラギ、ゴンズイ、オコゼ等である。
I went to Lake-Hamana and enjoyed fishing. When I was a child,I often went to Lake Hamana and enjoyed the fishing. It takes 20 to 30mins by car from my parent`s house.
When I was a university student,I lived in Tokyo and also entered the company in Tokyo. I often went back to my hometown(Student time=onece a month,4th a year=bussiness man).
I haven`t gone fishing for about 6years.
I got total many fishes.crabs and octopas.
This lake was fresh water lake before,but the big earthquache hit this area and big tsunami came into this lake and became saltwater-lake

アキーラさん釣り！浜松・浜名湖六角堂,Lake-hamana,Hamamatsu,Japan
浜名湖は実家から車で２０分以内でいけるので、子供の時からよく釣りに来ていた。平成２４年３月１１日、２か月ぶりに浜名湖で釣りをした。連れが来るのを待っていたがなかなか来なかった。場所は六角堂と呼ばれる場所である。ここは夕日が綺麗な事でも有名でよくカップルが六角堂に来て愛を確かめ合っている（笑）観音堂もすぐ近くにあり、観音様に手を合わせる事が出来る。釣り場としては穴場スポットで、地元の人しかあまり知らないかもしれないが、以外にここで大物が釣れたりする。１月に橋から単竿で真下に落としてセイゴ（スズキの５０センチサイズまでの名称）が３０～４０センチを２人で２０匹釣りあげた。水深は浅いのだが、近くに牡蠣棚があり、魚が群れる時がある。セイゴ以外にも黒鯛、カレイ、アナゴ、キス、キビレ、ハゼ、タコ、カサゴ等も釣れる。
Lake Hamana is near to my house,it takes only 20mins to come to the Lake from my house. Since I was child,I often come here for fishing.
Sunset is also beautiful in this place,so many couples come to this place and make love. I came here for fishing on Mar10th in 2012. about 2months ago,I caught many fishes here.

浜名湖 昔から良く訪れていた。地元でない人だと浜名湖が汽水湖というのを知らないかもしれない。応仁の乱が終わり、室町時代に下剋上により戦国時代とよばれる時代が始まる頃、明応７年（１４９８年）に起きた大地震により、海水が浜名湖に入り、今の汽水湖になった。よって塩水で浜名湖で泳ぐとしょっぱい。浜名湖では海水魚のタイやスズキ、キス、ハゼ、タコ、アナゴ、カレイ、ヒラメ等が魚釣りで釣れる。鰻は浜名湖周辺で養殖されている。
浜名湖周辺には舘山寺温泉、弁天島温泉等の温泉に恵まれれおり、浜名湖や遠州灘の海の幸が楽しめる。ウナギ以外にもスッポンが有名である。浜名湖周辺の観光名所としては浜松市街＋浜松城＋中田島砂丘以外に弁天島、浜名湖パルパル、ガーデンパーク、新居と気賀の関所、北部の龍がし洞等がある。浜名湖を望む景色も抜群である。お薦めは弁天島から浜名大橋方面を鳥居とのコラボである。浜名湖周辺道路を一周するドライブもお薦めである。撮影場所は東名高速下り線 浜名湖サービスエリアである。ちなみに静岡の西部は遠江と古代から言われてきた。近江は滋賀県 すなわち近江は都であった京都から近い湖 琵琶湖をさし 遠江は浜名湖をさす。
I ften went to Lake-hamana since when I was a child.
Lake-Hamana is located in Hamamatsu-city in Shizuoka prefecture in Japan.
This lake is Brackish-water lake,so the water is salty,also there are sea fishes.
There are some hotsprings around this lake and many Japanese style hotels,also there are many places to visit like ammusument park,garden park etc.
Lake-view is really nice and it`s so nice for driving.

Hamanako is a large lake at the Pacific Coast of western Shizuoka Prefecture. Originally a fresh water lake separated from the ocean, Hamanako got connected to the ocean as a result of an earthquake in 1498 and its water turned salty. The majority of Hamanako's attractions are concentrated around the Kanzanji Onsen, a hot spring resort on an inlet along the lake's eastern shores.
