Our large sheep farm is situated on the Southern Scenic Route between Riverton and Tuatapere and stretches from the sea to the bush.
From horse back you will enjoy stunning views over Te Waewae Bay where you can see from Stewart Island to Fiordland.
Te Waewae Bay is also home to the Hector Dolphins which are often seen at our rides.
After the ride we can chill out with a coffee at the wonderful Orepuki Beach Café.
Our treks are best suited for intermediate riders. We also have great options for novice riders and children.

The six hour round trip from Lake Hauroko (NZ's deepest lake) near Tuatapere takes us down the winding Wairaurahiri river to the coast at the very bottom of New Zealand. It goes past ancient native forests and over bubbling rapids. The 5 min summary was edited from the footage shot on the GoPro that we attached to the front handrail of the jet boat. I was in the back seat where the handrails are heated!
