Bulgaria’s largest karstic spring – Kleptuza – situated on the banks of the river Chepinska reka, next to the slope of the mountain in Chepino district, at the southwest end of Velingrad.

Velingrad is a town in southern Bulgaria, with beautiful nature , spas and beneficial for the treatment of many diseases climate. This makes it a favorite of Bulgarian and foreign tourists destination. Crowned as' spa capital of the Balkans the city welcomes its guests and offers exotic spa and wellness treatments, boutique kitchen and scenic spots for rest and recreation. There are spa centers for the rehabilitation of various diseases, and numerous hotels.
Among the most remarkable, romantic and mysterious corners of Velingrad is the source Kleptuza and eponymous park with two lakes is one of the symbols of the city. It is located in Chepino, which is one of the three thermal zones in Velingrad. Here is Kleptuza lake. From the source to the south evergreen pine woods in a natural park, which is visited by the inhabitants of the resort and its guests, especially during the summer.

Located in a peaceful area in the spa resort of Velingrad, Hotel Vitosha is a leisurely 10-minute walk from the town's centre. The property has an all-year-round outdoor pool filled with mineral water, and a children’s hot thermal water pool. The water in the whole hotel comes from a natural thermal spring. Free parking is available on site.
During summer guests can visit the pool bar. The on-site restaurant serves Bulgarian cuisine which can be enjoyed on the covered terrace or in the dining area.
All Vitosha's rooms feature a balcony. They also have a bathroom with a shower, and the pipe water is also mineral water. Each has a TV with cable channels. Some units have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies.
Wi-Fi is available in public areas and most rooms free of charge.
The local bus and train station are both within 0.9 miles of the property. Horse riding facilities and the Kleptuza Karst Spring can both be reached by car in 5 minutes or less. The Tsepina Fortress, Yundola ski resort and the Batak Dam are all within 12.4 miles of the Vitosha.
