Narracan Falls, Victoria
Narracan is a locality in Gippsland, Victoria, near the small towns of Trafalgar and Thorpdale. The falls are marked on various touring maps etc but few photos of them are out there so consider this upload more of a community service than anything else!
As can be seen the falls are fairly small and feed into a small pond in which swimming is not advised. It's easy to get close to the top of the falls and the bottom where this short video was shot.
Basically zero amenities on site though the village of Thorpdale (and it's lovely bakery) are only around ten minutes drive away.

260,000 Aussie bass for Gippsland
If you live in Gippsland, get excited because we’ve stocked over 260,000 Aussie bass into nearly 20 waters this season!
For the first time ever, Cann River was stocked with 45,000 Australian bass, boosting its wild bass population and giving local and visiting fishers an even better chance of success!
Here’s where they’re hiding:
???? Snowy River - 50,800
???? Blue Rock Lake - 45,000
???? Mitchell River - 44,000
???? Lake Glenmaggie - 25,000
???? Timbarra River - 10,000
???? Macalister River - 7,000
???? Avon River - 5,000
???? Lake Narracan - 5,000
???? Tambo River - 5,000
???? Thomson River - 5,000
???? Cowwarr Weir - 2,000
???? Tyers River - 2,000
???? Valencia Creek - 1,000
???? Rainbow Creek - 1,000
???? Traralgon Creek - 1,000
???? Hyland Lake - 1,000
These fingerlings will take about three years to reach catchable size, however bass are already abundant in Gippsland and far-east Victoria, and have a proven track record as being a hardy and popular sportfish.
It’s all thanks to your fishing licence fees and the State Government’s Target 1 Million plan to get more people fishing, more often, in more places ????
