-- About this video --
Today we are going to that other lake in the Nelson Lakes National Park, Lake Rotoroa. Yesterday, we went to Lake Rotoiti but this lake is about a 20-minute drive off the main state highway so so many backpackers miss it. But today, we’re going to show you that going to Lake Rotorua is worth getting off the beaten track for.
We arrive at the beautiful Lake Rotoroa with a jetty looking out to the mountain and lake views. There are also a number of hikes at Lake Rotoroa so we check out the Lake Rotoroa Nature Walk, which is recommended to us by a couple of Kiwi locals that we meet at the lake.
The Lake Rotoroa Nature Walk is a 20-minute walk around the beautiful beech forest with birds and isolated lake beaches.
After a hike around Lake Rotoroa, Robin realises that he needs to go to the hospital as he has an inflamed finger. We find that the medial centres and health care in New Zealand is very helpful and another example of the help from locals in New Zealand.

390 Tutaki North road Murchison - Could this be your ideal dry stock farm?
It is often difficult to find the perfect mix for a dry stock property, being a balance of good flats, workable terraces and suitable hill grazing in one property, but we believe that you will find this in 'Te Wiriki' on the outskirts of Murchison.
Our vendors are offering this farm for sale due to expanding their operation in another region. Currently operating as a lamb finishing and beef property, the blend of the 30 ha approx. of fertile river flats, 40 ha approx. of workable terraced flats, hill grazing that has scattered native trees for shelter, creating approx. 170 ha of grazing and on top of all of that there is approx. 74 ha of native bush and regenerating Manuka, prefect for hunting and a chance to develop more land into pasture creating a property that lends itself to being a multi-facetted operation.
Stock water is all from natural sources which include 10 dams scattered over the property and recently the vendor has been following a strict fertiliser and grass over sowing regime with an ambition to increase the fertility. Farm infrastructure includes a three-stand shearing shed with covered yards, a big 6 bay implement shed, hay sheds, satellite stock yards, good fencing and tracks.
The four-bedroom, two living room house, although basic and requiring some modernising does have solid bones and retains some of the original character that could have value added to it.
The location is in the Tutaki Valley between Murchison and Lake Rotoroa, nice and close to the amenities of the village of Murchison such as shops and school and head the other way for your outdoor adventures whether it be boating or fishing on the lake or heading into the hills for a walk.
Taking all of this into account, it sounds like the ideal property! To explore the opportunities for yourself contact either Sharyn or Toby to view.
To be sold via a Deadline sale 12 September 2019 at 1pm if not sold prior. (plus GST if any)

New Zealand South Island Road Trip, NZ (Part 1)
This video is about South Island, NZ

This video showcases following tourist destinations;
Lake Rotoiti is a lake in the Tasman Region of New Zealand.[1] It is a substantial mountain lake within the borders of Nelson Lakes National Park. The lake is fed by the Travers River, water from the lake flows into the Buller River. The lake is surrounded by Beechforest and is 82 metres deep. Saint Arnaud is a small community at the northern end of the lake.
New Zealand's longest swingbridge at 110 m length[3] spans the Buller River 14 km west of Murchison.
The Pancake Rocks are a heavily eroded limestone area where the sea bursts through several vertical blowholes during high tides. Together with the 'pancake'-layering of the limestone (created by immense pressure on alternating hard and soft layers of marine creatures and plant sediments),[1] these form the main attraction of the area.
Arthur's Pass (el. 920 m.) is a mountain pass in the Southern Alps of the South Island of New Zealand. It marks part of the boundary between the West Coast and Canterbury regions, 140 km from Christchurch and 95 km from Greymouth.
The hot springs were produced by the fractured rock bed along the Hanmer fault.
The Cardboard Cathedral in Christchurch, New Zealand, is the transitional pro-cathedral of the Anglican Diocese of Christchurchopened in August 2013. The site, on the corner of Hereford and Madras Streets in Latimer Square, is several blocks from the permanent location of ChristChurch Cathedral, which was significantly damaged in the 2011 Christchurch earthquake. The Cardboard Cathedral was designed by architect Shigeru Ban and seats around 700 people.
