whales entering the bay where they often come to rest their young during the breeding season in south western australia near the town of Albany. sometimes up to 10 adults with their young can be seen playing here, just never normally have a camera with me. Humpbacks are also a common sight.thought someone might be interested to see how close to shore they come and there are not many left due to over fishing in the days of whaling.thankfully they seem to be breeding well and are a common sight here in the winter months.
