On today's journey we take you to a place in Dehradoon surrounded by Garhwal Hills Lakhamandal. Any heritage, any social group cannot be destroyed by someone from inside doesn't try to kill it. It is believed that this place was Lakshagraha. Duryodhan built a palace of lac to kill the Padavs. Today also their sculptures, ornaments and symbols can be found. Friends I am standing in the shiv temple of lackamandal. The specialty of this village and temple is that you will find Shiv sculptures everywhere. I have with me Pandit Mahima Nand ji. We'll try to know about the temple with the help of Pandit ji. Pandit ji tell me famous things about this temple. First of all, on behalf of the whole temple, the whole village I would like to greet you. This temple has 33 crore Gods and godssses and 1.25 lac sculptures and has lings of sea that are set in the corridor and the big Shivling which was found by a cow. The cow used to come from the other side of Yamuna to perform the rituals on the shivling, and pour milk on it. You will get to know that all around the mountains can be observed with,, some blood on its surface, which is goddess Parvati's power and cause powers when you can find foot prints at every stone of this mountains.

This Cave is called Dhundhi Odaari in the local Jaunsari language. Dhundi or Dhund means misty or foggy and odaar or odaari means cave or hidden place. The local people think that the Pandava took refuge in this cave to save themselves from Duryodhana.

यह रहस्यमय गुफा, उत्तराखंड के जिला पिथौरागढ़ , के गाँव चूरखेत, जो के नाचनी (तहसील munsiyari) से लगभग 5 कि0मी0 दूर में है। इस गुफा में भिन्न-भिन्न मूर्तियों एवं शिवलिंग प्रकट है, जिससे देख कर अलग ही अनुभूति होती है। इस गुफा के अंदर आपने आप पानी टपकता है , और यह पानी शिवलिंग के बीचे में भी टपकता है। इस गुफा के उपर खेत है और ऐसा कोई कारण भी नही देखता है, जिस के वजह से गुफा में पानी आए।
