The best satay in Singapore served at Lau Pa Sat Festival Market on Boon Tat Street, just 5 minutes walk from Marina Bay MRT Station.
Lau Pa Sat is one of the best food hawker centres in Singapore. Serving up cheap and tasty food from all over Asia.
The open air market that serves up the best satay in Singapore is located on Boon Tat Street. Opens from 7pm every night until late.

Satay in Singapore | Lau Pa Sat Festival Market
Satay (Sate) is a Southeast Asian dish found in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore.
The skewered meat comprising of Chicken, Beef or Mutton is commonly grilled over charcoals and are served with peanut sauce and ketupat (rice cakes).
In Singapore, Satay can be found in most Hawker Centres. Lau Pa Sat Festival Market is one of them and is one of the only food places in Singapore that offers a selection of Satay from the street (a small lane is closed in the evenings to traffic for diners).
Although a bit pricey, it is a favourite amongst tourists and locals alike. It is worth a try! Have you tried it before?

WELCOME TO SINGAPORE!
On Day 9, we left Malaysia and headed to Singapore. We were only in Singapore for about 48 hours before our flight back to Japan, so we tried to do as much as possible!
On our first day, we eat at McDonald's, check into our hotel, and then go back into the city to see the Merlion, Gardens by the Bay, and then end the night at Lau Pa Sat Hawker Centre.
