In this VLOG I visit 1900 Le Theatre in the Hanoi Old Quarter. This is considered to be the number one nightclub in Hanoi, and it was easy to see why.
The only beer available at 1900 Le Theatre is Budweiser, and they go down fast. You can also get nitrogen balloons in 1900 Le Theatre, but I declined.
Location - 1900 Le Theatre is located on Ha Then Beer Street, in the Hanoi Old Quarter.
Entry price - To enter 1900 Le Theatre you have to pay 100,000 dong, but you can redeem this for a drink, which also costs 100,000 dong. (Some nights it is more expensive when they have a special event on...I wanted to go the previous night, but the entry was 380,000 dong so I went back to my room.)

Opening times are varied make sure you pay a visit early in the day to buy your ticket before they sell out. Don't buy online as the prices are more than double. If you are planning on recording a video, you need to purchase an extra ticket that allows you to film.

Hours - Varies by time of year and day off the week. It's best to check with your hotel staff for when it's opened for visiting though.
The general guide we found was:
Hours - Closed Monday and Friday and also closed during October and November.
- April - September: 8AM - 10.30AM Tues - Thu (weekends stays open till 11AM)
- December - March: 8AM - 11AM Tues - Thu (weekends stays open till 11.30AM)
If you want to see the resting place and mummified body of the revered Ho Chi Minh be sure to arrive before the crowds early morning around 8am to Ba Dinh Square and don't forget to dress appropriately or risk getting pulled out of the long lines by security.

Travel tip, it is always smart to let the staff know when booking if you are traveling for a special occasion as they might upgrade you when you check in! This is a fabulous hotel to stay at during the holidays. I was blown away by all the festive decorations!

We were very fortunate to find the Hanoi Club Hotel, which has a unique location in Hanoi as one of the only hotels that sits right on the West Lake (the lake that John McCain crashed in during the Vietnam War). Rooms have been remodeled facing the view of the West Lake and the Old Quarter of Hanoi. Dining all day at the Tivoli Restaurant, offers both Asian and Western entrees and buffet. Golfers are particularly interested in staying at the Hanoi Club Hotel as it has a driving range, pro shop, spa, and all the facilities for exercise and workout. Hanoi is a very pretty city with lots of trees and parks, but this hotel wins the prize for Lake View!
