Khmer recipe : Amok (Le Tigre de Papier - Cooking school - Angkor Siem Reap)
Amok paste: Lemon grass, turmeric, garlic muss altogether put shallot and finger root.
Heat the coconut milk in a pan and put amok paste, sugar, fish sauce fry until brown just put chicken and mushroom, onion, ngor leave, 1 ladler of coconut milk, ½ spoon of chicken powder, 1 spoon of fish sauce.

Khmer recipe : Tum Yam (Le Tigre de Papier - Cooking school - Angkor Siem Reap)
Ingredients
- ½ onion cut thin slice
- 200g chicken cut thin slice
- 1 lemon grass break and cut into 2
- 1 tomato cut into 8
- 50g mushroom
- 2 kaffir leaf
- Asian coriander or sweet basil)
- small galangal
- sweet chili
- 1 Tum Yam paste
- Ginger a little
- 1 hot chili
- 3 Cilendral
- 2 garlic
How to cook:
5 ladle of water boil, put tum yam paste 1piece, lemon grass, kaffir leaf, garlic, ginger, sweet chili, galangal, onion mix 1 minute after that mushroom and chicken 2 or 3 minutes then tomato and lemon 1 slice, coriander, basil, ½ spoon chicken powder, ½ coffee spoon of sugar.

Fried Chicken & mushrooms
- Chicken breast cut thin slice (200g)
- Mushroom break by hands in small piece (250g)
- Spring onion cut in long (3cm)
- 1spoon of vegetables oil
- ½ spoon of chopped garlic
- ½ of sugar brown
- ½ chicken power
-1 ½ of oyster sauce
-1cup of water
Put vegetable oil and garlic in to the pan stir it until brown then put chicken breast in to(wait a minute), than put chicken powder, oyster sauce, sugar, stir it a litter bit dry put some water than put mushroom wait in 2minut,then put spring onion it be fine.

Siem Reap Cambodia Part 4 Taking Cooking Class in Cambodia
Siem Reap Cambodia Part 4 Last full day in this beautiful Southeast Asian country! We celebrated Sara’s birthday with some morning coffee and breakfast snack at Costa Coffee, which is a franchise located all over the world, then we went to Le Tigre de Papier for our cooking class which lasted almost 3 hours. We made some delicious Cambodian dishes and were extremely full afterwards. Then we spent the evening back in downtown Siem Reap and got another massage, ate more Cambodian food, and enjoyed the rest of our time here.

I have been fortunate enough to get to partake in a cooking class in Siem Reap, Cambodia. The entire class was cooking with chicken and fish, but the instructor was able to modify the recipes for me- completely vegan friendly.
