Amsterdam Canal Cruise
Amsterdam Canal Cruise with Leemstar,
Best Private Boat Tour Amsterdam
As VIP canal cruises go, captain Reinhard Spronk’s historic saloon boat tours (aboard 1932 teak beauty Welmoed, or 1908’s smaller Farahilde) are really the business. He and his partner Miloe run the show, taking private groups (reservations necessary) on bespoke tours of Amsterdam’s legendary canals. Pick-up is from your waterside hotel or Cafe Van Puffelen, by their office. Source: CNTraveler

Friendship Amsterdam Canal Cruise
For the first time in the hundred year history of Amsterdam canal cruising you can buy a ticket for a scheduled cruise on the oldest canals in the city. There was always embarrassment about these canals because they also lead through the center of Amsterdam's Red light district. The companies that offer scheduled canal cruises all avoid the canals in the city-center like the plague.
But the new 'Friendship' cruise company broke the taboo. With a luxurious scheduled 'Champagne Cruise' departing from the dock of Hotel Krasnapolsky, they offer a fascinating alternative to the 'beaten tracks' of the established cruise companies.'Friendship' operates this new line with electrically powered boats.

AMSTERDAM CANAL TOUR - Things you didn't know about the city!
Dig into the adventures that I encounter in this place called Amsterdam!
I will be staying here for a week and will be vlogging about all the places that I visit.
Day 1 : ZANDVOORT AAN ZEE
Zandvoort beach is located on the western coast of Netherlands.
It takes a 30min train ride from Amsterdam Sloterdijk.
The food at the place is just great and it would be a perfect place to visit when the sun is out.
Day 2 : GEITHOORN ( Ds T.O HYLKEMAWEG)
Geithroon is also known as the Venice of Netherlands.
The entire place is accompanied with water canals along houses and restaurants.
It is the best place to visit if the weather is perfect.
Day 3 :
AMSTERDAM BIJLMER ARENA
The arena is a hangout spot where you can watch movies, have food and visit the stadium. The main attraction is the MEDIA MARKT.
AMSTERDAM CENTRAAL
The centre of the city which pretty much speaks for the lifestyle of Amsterdam itself. Everything is situated nearby Amsterdam Centraal like the Anne Frank House, the Van Hough museum, the King's Place, the Archives Building and you can also take a ferry ride to the other side of the city and chill.
Day 4 :
BELGIUM
ANTWERP CITY
This is one of the most developed cities in Belgium with a rapid growth of industrialisation. We pretty much explored the city by wheels and you can stop by if you have an extra day.
GHENT CITY
The city of ghent is one of the most spectacular cities I've visited with marvellous architecture and pleasant weather. The locals are very delightful to meet and a must visit place is GRASLEI and KORENLEI.
Day 5:
FRANCE
CAP GRIS NEZ
I would call this place a prototype of heaven on earth. This place is bit by bit concealed with pure beauty. It is 2 hours away from Ghent, Belgium.
The place holds a variety of significances. There's a bird watching observatory, the Audingham Castle, it is declared as a WW2 Heritage Site. It has a scenic beach, a few kilometers of hiking will lead you to the other side of the cape i.e is the Cap de Blanc.
LILLE
It is a small town in France which I halted at for a night so I wasn't able to discover much. I believe this small town holds many stories yet to be discovered.
DAY 6 :
KINDERDIJK
A wonderful place which facilitates the oldest windmills in Netherlands. One of the things that Netherlands is known for is the windmills which has been beautifully kept and maintained. Claiming the land from the sea, the windmills play a huge role in the development of Netherlands and now most of the revenue generated by the government is invested in water engineering.
A magical place to visit where silence speaks for itself.
BLOEMENDAAL AAN ZEE
Bloemendaal Aan Zee is the perfect spot for the localites of Amsterdam to chill when the sun is out. It is in continuity to the Zandvoort Aan Zee beach and has an amazing view! Relax, chill, eat and sunbathe.. The most appropriate place to be at. Bring up your kids for a fun day and even dogs! But beware of the seagulls!!
DAY 7 :
AFSLUITDIJK SEA LINK, NETHERLANDS
One of the most wonderous places I have ever been to. This place is a sea link connecting two different parts of Netherlands. One side of the sea link has the regulated water which is stopped from being flown in the country while the other one is the open ocean.
DAY 8 :
AMSTERDAM CANAL TOUR
The entire city unleashed with facts that you didn't know.
Amsterdam is known as the city of protests. People do not take anything lightly. They protested for a church, they got a church, they protested for a bell they got a bell. Now the story behind the bell i.e The Silly Jack is that after protesting for it, they got a famous architect to make it and it was built in a hap hazard way and it rang ,it rang in a funny or silly manner. Amsterdam is a city filled with many more stories. ????
