Well equipped open plan kitchen and living area with satellite TV featuring extensive UK channels and WIFI to come in 2012.
Patio doors from the lounge lead to terrace and pool area

bedrooms replicated from ground floor- 2 en suite bedrooms (1 double 1 twin) and large double with separate bathroom and jacuzzi bath, wardrobes and balconies
7TH BEDROOM- large en suite superking size bedroom with private balcony overlooking the orchards and mountains beyond

Large 60m2 private swimming pool with the option of heating (ask for pricing) and now with children?s slides!
1500 m2 of gardens and a further 6000 m2 of lemon and pomegranate ordhards surround the side and front of the villa

Stone BBQ and outdoor seating area (Private chef available at an extra fee)
Local market shop 8-10 minutes walk from the villa, town centre 20 minutes walk, road to the beach 8-10 minutes walk- buses are every 10 minutes to the beach from this road in high season
The villa benefits from its peaceful location, the town is about a mile away, yet is easily accessible by foot, bicycle, car or taxi! Car hire available on request- please ask for prices
