Miss Ada Jones compilation mix vol.2 / First Recordings (1905-1906)
1900's american popular music female singer miss Ada Jones , compilation mix volume two ; her first recordings , from year 1905 and 1906 ; check also the vol.1 for her best songs ;
1900's-1910's USA female singer Ada Jones (June 1, 1873 – May 2, 1922) was a popular mezzo-soprano who recorded from 1905 to the early 1920s. She was born in Lancashire, England but moved with her family to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania at the age of six in 1879. She started performing on stage, including juvenile roles in the 1880s. In 1893 or 1894 she recorded some musical performances for the North American Phonograph Co., including Sweet Marie and The Volunteer Organist. But the demise of this company interrupted her recording career and it was not until 1905 that she returned to recording, after a few years doing performances at such locations as Huber's 14th Street Museum in New York City. She recorded several duets with Billy Murray and Len Spencer. She sang in a range of accents and dialects. Ada Jones recorded The Yama Yama Man in 1909 for Victor Light Opera Company. The lyrics for verse two and three were changed from the original, verse two being more bawdy. It was the most popular song of her career, spending five weeks at number one. While on tour, Ada Jones died of kidney failure at the age of 48 in North Carolina on May 2, 1922. She was survived by her husband Hugh Flaherty and one daughter.

Georgia Principal Shocks Students With Racist Comments at High School Graduation
Credit: Jada Gibson
A white Georgia principal shocked students and their families on Friday, May 8, when she made racist comments at her school’s graduation ceremony. A video that captures the incident has gone viral.
TNT Academy founder Nancy Gordeuk made the remarks after accidentally dismissing graduates before the class valedictorian gave his speech. While attempting to get families to pay attention, she called a man who had been taking photographs a goober and a coward.
Her comments caused an unrelated family to walk out of the graduation, along with a few others, at which point she began a tirade about people exiting the ceremony.
“You people are being so rude to not listen to this speech,” Gordeuk told the audience, as captured in this footage. “It was my fault that we missed it in the program. Look who’s leaving — all the black people.”
Graduates walked off the stage in protest and families, shocked by the derogatory comments, streamed out of the ceremony.
Jada Gibson, 18, who was attending the ceremony to watch her cousin graduate, filmed this footage as the events unfolded. Gibson said that she began taping the video after Gordeuk said the graduates could leave. According to Gibson, the principal's remarks had followed a string of negative comments made by Gordeuk about black students throughout the ceremony.

FULL CLINTON FOUNDATION Investigation U.S. House Hearing
As seen on Outnumbered
The panel on Outnumbered discussed a top North Carolina congressman's claim that whistleblowers came forward to him about potential illicit activity at the Clinton Foundation.
Melissa Francis said Rep. Mark Meadows, a Republican who represents the Smokies, told Fox News that three people have offered him hundreds of pages of evidence of illegal activity.
Francis said Meadows -- the chair of the conservative House Freedom Caucus -- plans to hold a hearing next week in the oversight subcommittee he chairs to look into the allegations.
She said that evidence has been there forever leading to the conclusion that the Clinton Foundation is indeed rife with corrupt dealings.
Francis said the government of Abu Dhabi -- capital of the United Arab Emirates -- paid former President Clinton $1 million to give a pair of speeches while Hillary Clinton was secretary of state.
Shortly thereafter, Etihad, a top Emirati airline, received special approval to fly non-stop to the United States and receive customs-related perks only offered to regional flights from Canada, Ireland and the Caribbean, Francis said.
