Library @ Trikora Bintan Island Indonesia: Bintan's 1st Mobile Library
Anak Pantai Productions proudly presents a short overview of The Mobile Library launched by Library at Trikora on the 10th of December 2017, Sunday. Highlights include snippets of The Mobile Library in-operation in each of the 3 village stops namely Grotto Santa Maria Church a.k.a Maria Cave at Teluk Dalam, The Island Foundation (TIF) Learning Centre at Sialang and Panglong Fishing Village in Berakit. The kids had a fulfilling time learning how they can make full use of The Mobile Library as enrolled Library members. And so did our friends from Jakarta (Norbertus Yunendra and Francisca Christy Rosana) and Singapore (Uncle Han Sing, Chloe, Uncle Joseph and Aunty Cheryl) who were a fantastic team throughout the launch.

Ever wonder what's a REAL eco-friendly resort look like? Unlike those luxurious eco-friendly resorts out there, this one is pretty unique. My grandparents use to live in Kampong in the past and now I get a taste of what it is like to live in Kampong.
We also explored some parts of Bintan during our free time. Tiny place but worth heading over just for a short retreat.

It's been a while since I last posted a vlog. I went to Bintan for a short getaway in December 2017 with my friends and boyfriend! We stayed at the Angsana Bintan and also celebrated Christmas there too, my first Christmas away from home. I got to feel the sand in between my toes again, I couldn't ask for more. (Also, I am a genius for bringing my camera but forgetting the battery.. had to resort to using my iPhone 7 to film this trip so I apologise in advance for any lack of quality!)

Tanjung Pinang is the capital of the Indonesian province of the Riau Islands. With a population of roughly 204,735, it is the second largest city of the province, after Batam.
