We have a Turkish lawyer conducting an investigation into my son, Andrew Smyth’s murder in Side, Turkey on the 11th of September 2010. Andrew went to the Lighthouse Nightclub where his drink was ‘spiked’, he was abducted, driven to two cash points, forced to withdraw all his money and hand it over. He died of blunt force head trauma caused by being hit with a baseball bat or similar object, and his body was dumped in the Sorgun Forest.
