New England Brewing Co. : Coriolis - What Cheers! Review #067 (FAN GUEST REVIEW #1!)
Today I have a special guest! Nick Albert is his name. This is the first review where a fan of the show has come on the show, and supplied the beer for us to review. This wasn't just any beer, this was the extremely limited, highly anticipated return of the Coriolis Double IPA from New England Brewing Company. This beer has only been produced once before, in 2012, and has just made its sophomore appearance last week. It was on for growlers only at the brewery and lasted just a couple of days and that's it. Most people know NEBCO from the Gandhi Bot fame (which you can find my past review of), and this is their only other Double IPA they produce, which is not canned or bottled. Loaded with nothing but the elusive and highly sought after Nelson Sauvin hop from New Zealand, this one is a true stand out in a world of world-class DIPA's. Enjoy. Cheers!!!
Coriolis Double IPA hopped entirely ( and we're talking a lot here) with Nelson Sauvin hops from New Zealand.

PAIN BE GONE by BACK TO EARTH
Like many businesses, Back to Earth Enviro Products Inc. started in the family kitchen. 9 years ago, Founder Kiley Routley set out to do the research to find answers to these questions … what she found proved enlightening, but also extremely frightening! Countless hours of reading, many herbal workshops, trial and error with hundreds of recipes, and too many to mention afternoons spent wild crafting indigenous plants, began her commitment and love of the alchemy process. With the knowledge and support of a team of Herbalists, Aromatherapists, Doctors and Naturopaths, she became abundantly aware of the healing properties of all that grew around her. This hard work naturally led the way to the use of 100% pure therapeutic grade essential oil blends and local herbs, as the ‘key’ ingredients for her full line of earth aware products, and a personal way of life for her and her family.
Kiley has since moved from the kitchen to a family run, storefront, and factory, in beautiful Coldstream, British Columbia Canada, where a large variety of now over 54 products are available. Gift baskets, hand-made soaps, personal care (shampoo, conditioner, body lotions, sprays & scrubs, tub teas, body butters, pain relief, sanitizer, deodorants, natural sun protection & insect sprays), baby products, pet shampoos (bar & liquid), earth aware household & laundry cleaners, bulk herbs, herbal remedies, 4 wild crafted Back to Earth Tea Blends, and most recently, her NEW!!! Sugar Free! Gluten Free! Lactose Free! Vegan! AND her Nutritious & Delicious WEEDS AND SEEDS SURVIVAL CEREAL!

Yeastie Boys Digital IPA / DrinkLikaFish
Dude, lets be honest...I first and foremost bought this based on the name. Got me again, Marketing, got me again.
From the website: This India Pale Ale (IPA) is an aggressive wee beast that is dedicated to our friend Joseph Wood of Liberty Brewing and to all those hopheads who love drinking IPA day in, day out. Just as the term digital is all about zeroes and ones, the concept of IPA is all about malts and hops. Enjoy the rich golden malt backbone of Digital while you can... then feel it closing in as the fruity Motueka-grown hops dominate your palate and don't ever fade away. IPA as it should be.
Style: India Pale Ale
Stats: ABV 7.0%
Bitterness : 77 IBU
Colour: 7 SRM
Malt: Golden Promise Pale Malt, Munich, CaraPils, Caramalt
Hops: Pacific Jade, Nelson Sauvin, Pacifica, Motueka.
Yeast: Fermentis US-05
