ROSA DE MADRID (Rose from Madrid, the capital city of Spain) Music by the master Luis Barta (1887 - 1978) and lyrics by Josè Soriano. A chotis is a typical dance of the region of Madrid, and the name comes from Scottish, because has very old origins from Scotland.
The singer is LILIAN DE CELIS, born in the northern spanish region of Asturias in 1935. How can you imagine a female singer from Spain ? Long and dark curly hair, deep black sight, red hot lips and warm and passionate voice so she really was when appeared on stages and movies of Spain and latin America in years from 1958 to.....
Images are from one of spanish architectural gems, the palaces and gardens of Aranjuez; not far from Madrid, the little town was the spring residence for Kings of Spain; the town is a UNESCO world heritage site and also famous for the Concierto de Aranjuez composition for guitar and orchestra by Joaquín Rodrigo. The palace has several rooms with oriental style decoration, walls covered with porcelain, and three wide gardens, with statues and fountains.
era mi alegría, era el mundo entero;
otra muchacha le idolatraba;

About the album:
Released at a time when disco and punk were polarizing, dominating forces, Let There Be Rock sounded like the work of rock 'n' roll primitives locked away in their own world. Riffs were fast and laced with fuzz on Bad Boy Boogie and the salacious Whole Lotta Rosie.

The Rosaleda or Rose Garden is a garden used to present and grow various types of garden roses. The roses are displayed grouped by individual variety, colour or class in rose beds.
The flowers come from all over the world and it's a spectacular sight when they are all in bloom (spring and summer). Also there are neatly groomed pathways and thoughtfully laid out garden; and several fountains.
It is located in the Parque del Oeste (West Park), which as its name suggests is located west of the city. The Rose is a gift to the senses. Enjoy the colors and smells that are rarely concentrated in one place. A peaceful haven near the Plaza de Espana Square!
Every year during the month of May is celebrated as the International Rose Villa New Madrid. A contest to select the most beautiful rose. Gardening enthusiasts will rush to ask to put their best flowers.
This place is, definitely, a must-visit for vacationers and travelers who want to discover beautiful places (especially in spring and summer). Make sure to come to the Rosaleda Gardens during your getaway in Madrid.

Spain Day 3 - Madrid Sightseeing, Royal Palace, Sabatini Gardens, Prado Museum, & Puerto Del Sol
Day 3 - Sightseeing in Madrid, Spain
The Royal Palace of Madrid is the official residence of the Spanish royal family at the city of Madrid, although now only used for state ceremonies. The palace has 135,000 square meters (1,450,000 sq ft) of floor space and contains 3,418 rooms. It is the largest functioning royal palace and the largest by floor area in Europe.
King Felipe VI and the royal family do not reside in the palace, choosing instead the significantly more modest Palace of Zarzuela on the outskirts of Madrid.

The Sabatini Gardens (in Spanish: Jardines de Sabatini) are part of the Royal Palace in Madrid, Spain, and were opened to the public by King Juan Carlos I in 1978. They honor the name of Francesco Sabatini (1722–1797), an Italian architect of the 18th century who designed, among other works at the palace, the royal stables of the palace, previously located at this site.
In 1933, clearing of the stable buildings was begun, and construction of the gardens begun, which were only completed in the late 1970s. The gardens have a formal Neoclassic style, consisting of well-sheared hedges, in symmetric geometrical patterns, adorned with a pool, statues and fountains, with trees also disposed in a symmetrical geometric shape. The statues are those of Spanish kings, not intended originally to even grace a garden, but originally crowding the adjacent palace. The tranquil array is a peaceful corner from which to view the palace.

The Prado Museum, officially known as Museo Nacional del Prado, is the main Spanish national art museum, located in central Madrid. It is widely considered to have one of the world's finest collections of European art, dating from the 12th century to the early 20th century, based on the former Spanish Royal Collection, and the single best collection of Spanish art. Founded as a museum of paintings and sculpture in 1819, it also contains important collections of other types of works. El Prado is one of the most visited sites in the world, and it is considered one of the greatest art museums in the world. The numerous works by Francisco Goya, the single most extensively represented artist, as well as by Hieronymus Bosch, El Greco, Peter Paul Rubens, Titian, and Diego Velázquez, are some of the highlights of the collection.
The collection currently comprises around 8,200 drawings, 7,600 paintings, 4,800 prints, and 1,000 sculptures, in addition to many other works of art and historic documents. As of 2012, the museum displayed about 1,300 works in the main buildings, while around 3,100 works were on temporary loan to various museums and official institutions. The remainder were in storage. The museum received 2.8 million visitors in 2012. It is one of the largest museums in Spain.
The best-known work on display at the museum is Las Meninas by Velázquez. Velázquez and his keen eye and sensibility were also responsible for bringing much of the museum's fine collection of Italian masters to Spain, now the largest outside Italy.

The Puerta del Sol (Spanish for Gate of the Sun) is a public square in Madrid, one of the best known and busiest places in the city. This is the centre (Km 0) of the radial network of Spanish roads. The square also contains the famous clock whose bells mark the traditional eating of the Twelve Grapes and the beginning of a new year. The New Year's celebration has been broadcast live on national television since 31 December 1962.

Equally important that the costume are the shoes, the flowers or the petticoats that complement the stylism of the flamenco.

Origin
She has humble beginnings, of the peasant women, of the gypsies.
In short, they made their own clothes, imagine, with fabrics that could be equal from a curtain, than from an old sheet, than from a pretty cloth they’d found.
They made their mandiles ( aprons) her flamenco clothes, her gypsy clothes.
How did you start dancing?
From the age of 3, I woke up and I spent a whole month telling my mother that I wanted to dance, that I wanted to dance.
And then, to buy me a flamenca costume, because you really saw it like a flamenca costume.
Then my poor mother who always said that she would never get her daughter to dance, or his son to football, she had to jump through the hoop and she had to buy me
a flamenca costume.
And, as a result of that, the craziness.
The Flamenco Dress
The flamenco dress has something and, and I really mean it honestly, that I believe all women should try on a dress once in their life, because
I don’t know why it makes women’s shapes so pretty.
It doesn’t matter if you’re a little fat as I am, skinny as my partner, tall, short.
It has a form that makes you find your style and what suits you and it feels really nice to all the women on the planet. So I invite you to put on a flamenca dress.
It is true that when you put on the dress, It makes you feel like when you’re a little girl and put on your dress for the first time.
And that’ every day, that’s the way it is.
Does the audience notice the wardrobe design?
Yes, they do.

Melanie Martinez's creative drive and talents as a visual artist have long distinguished her from other musicians. With her debut album Cry Baby, Melanie introduced the world to her distinctly original vision with hits like “Pity Party”, “Pacify Her”, “Alphabet Boy”, “Carousel” and “Sippy Cup”. Creating unique music videos for each album track, including “Soap/Training Wheels” and “Tag, You're It/Milk and Cookies”, Melanie portrays the traumas and insecurities of the album's titular character over a bed of electro pop, alternative and hip-hop. Her latest triumph K-12, an inspired new album and feature film directed by and starring Melanie, brings together a melting pot of low-key hip-hop, soulful pop and indie-leaning electro with whimsical, surreal visuals and magical realism to stunning results.
