ZAMBIA: EXPLORING the ART MARKET in LIVINGSTONE (VICTORIA FALLS, AFRICA) ????️
SUBSCRIBE: - Let's visit Mukuni Park and Curio Market which is a great market for the perfect gifts. The curio market is in the centre of the tourist capital of Livingstone where you can shop for gifts and souvenirs from Zambia and in the process support the industry at the grassroots level. It's a gem of an African bazaar. For decades this place has been a major tourist attraction and it provides livelihoods for hundreds of people from Livingstone and the surrounding areas. The craftspeople are happy for you to shop around and to bargain!
Zambia, in southern Africa, is a landlocked country of rugged terrain and diverse wildlife, with many parks and safari areas. On its border with Zimbabwe is famed Victoria Falls – indigenously called Mosi-oa-Tunya, or Smoke That Thunders” – plunging a misty 108m into narrow Batoka Gorge. Spanning the Zambezi River just below the falls is Victoria Falls Bridge, a spectacular viewpoint.

LIVINGSTONE TOWN (Zambia)
A tour around the town of Livingstone, enjoy!
Victoria Falls:
Lusaka to Livingstone Town (Zambia)
Enjoy! This is my trip from Lusaka to Livingstone.
It's quite a long way to get to Livingstone, you have an approximate drive of 6-8hrs. There about five towns before Livingstone, and the bus takes a stop in each of them: people get off and some get on.
Pretty much this is how your trip looks like while you enjoy the country view and some villages along the way.
I missed one or two clips in my highlight video, I hope what I'm saying is making sense. We spent 2hrs in Choma and not Livingstone like I said. I talk about how some people try to help you out with the ticket booking and lagguge, at the end of it all they want some money. I also talk about the breakdown of the Roadlink bus.

Livingstone Memorial - Zambia
A stone cairn makes the place where the famous European explorer of Africa, David Livingstone, died and his heart was buried under a tree. His salt embalmed body was carried across Africa by two intrepid porters, to Zanzibar from where it was shipped to Britain. Livingstone found his final resting place in Westminster Abbey in London. Chief Chitambo, whose ancestors cared for Livingstone in his final days, escorted us to the memorial site.
The David Livingstone Memorial is one of the attractions on Open Africa's traveller routes in Zambia. Details of which are available on our website openafrica.org.

NAMPA: SANGWALI David Livingstone Museum 03 Nov 2016
By Francois Lottering
SANGWALI, 25 OCT (NAMPA) - One man?s dream to establish a museum for well-known
explorer, missionary and adventurer Dr David Livingstone received a boost when the
one-room museum at Sangwali was recently upgraded.
The new museum made of bricks and a corrugated iron roof is home to various
artefacts like pictures and maps painted on canvas to tell the stories and travels
of Livingstone from Kuruman in South Africa to Sangwali, where he resided before
going deeper into central Africa.

MUVI TV LIVINGSTONE MUSEUM PROTEST
Jewish and Railway Museums
Welcome to the tourism reality show, the Livingstone tour.
Tonight, on the Livingstone Tour.
Museums are mostly about history and memorabilia. In this episode, we delve into the history of Jews in Zambia and then look at some fine vintage steam locomotives from yesteryear.
The Railway Museum is located off Mosi O Tunya way, only 2.5 kilometers from the Livingstone museum, and approximately 9 kilometers away from the Victoria Falls.
The Jewish Museum and the Railway Museum are located within the same premises, providing rather distinct subject matters, making them appear unlikely neighbors. Both museums, however, have quite interesting historical information, and therefore, we brought the contestants here.
The Jewish Museum is an historical archive that focus on the arrival of Jews, their economic, social, and political contribution to Northern Rhodesia and Zambia from the early 1890s.
