A Tour of the Longstock Water Gardens, England, UK in HD 1080p
The Longstock Park Water Gardens covers around seven acres and was originally created by the Beddington family during the early 1900's. The water gardens became part of the estate in 1942 and since then the gardens have been nurtured and developed to become the finest, famous water gardens. John Spedan Lewis spent much of his later life in these gardens and whilst the gardens remain true to this time, our philosophy is to evolve the landscape so that it remains a vibrant, tranquil and beautiful place to visit.
The water remains crystal clear, connecting the two islands and woodland valleys; Longstock and Leckford together. This giant, yet intimate garden attracts visitors from all over the world and have become famous water gardens in their own right.
The garden is a true spectacle, hosting an array of plants form around the world.
It is the perfect location and setting to nurture a diverse amount of plants, with over forty different waterlilies alone. This entices people from all around the world, inviting them to appreciate the experience, relax and enjoy the views.

Leckford is a village and civil parish in Hampshire, England. It lies on the eastern bank of the River Test just to the south of its confluence with the River Anton, to the east of Longstock and south of Chilbolton. The parish has a population of around 136.[1]
The parish church, St Nicholas's has a 13th-century core, rebuilt in the 16th century and much restored since. Leckford was on the Andover Canal which later became the Andover and Redbridge Railway, but did not have a station. The route through Leckford today is used by the Test Way long distance footpath. In the second world war, Leckford shared a boundary with Chilbolton Aerodrome which was used by the allied air forces in the later days of WW2
The parish contains the Leckford Estate, owned by the John Lewis Partnership.

Searching for bottles in Stockbridge
Next to 'the Lion's den' car park, in the woods, there is an old bottle dump which also contains modern rubbish. However it was quite overgrown so will go back in the winter where more is available to search in.
