TEMPLES IN ZHENGDING | China Vlog 3
Located 13 km North-West of Shijiazhuang city center is Zhending county. You can take Bus 164 from the North train station to get there or pay about 50RMB for a Didi. Zhending has a few temples to see but we highly recommend going to Longxing Temple. The entrance fee is 50RMB per person and it is much bigger than you would expect.

中國十大名寺之一 One of China’s Ten Most Renowned Temples
河北正定隆興寺，距河北石家莊開車約20分鐘，是 “中國十大名寺之一”。正定縣歷史上曾與北京、保定並稱“北方三雄鎮”。在北宋建築格局的隆興寺裡，保存著中國人的千年瑰寶，令梁思成、魯迅為之驚嘆。一條攜手古建築研究者丁垚，一起來到了隆興寺，探訪這座寺院裡無數跨越千年的奇蹟。
As one of ‘China’s Ten Most Renowned Temples’, Longxing Temple in Zhengding, Hebei, is 20 minutes’ drive away from Shijiazhuang. Historically, the Zhengding county, together with Beijing and Baoding, were called ‘three most important cities in the north’. The temple preserves a Northern-Song-Dynasty-style layout and houses treasures with a history of over a thousand years. Liang Sicheng and Lu Xun were once astonished by it. Following Ding Yao, an architecture scholar, Yit visits Longxing Temple to explore the miracles from a thousand years ago.

Big Buddha Temple | Shaoxing | China（绍兴 - 大佛寺）
The Dafo (Big Buddha) Temple of Xinchang (the geographical qualifier is necessary, since there are five such Big Buddha temples spread about China) was built during the early years of the first period of rule – the Yonghe (CE 345–357) period – of Emperor Mu Di of the Eastern Jin (CE 317–420) Dynasty. The Big Buddha Statue itself is located in a grotto, and is carved of a massive slab of granite which, thankfully, is less subject to time-induced degradation than other stone types such as sandstone.

The Sakyamuni Pagoda of Fogong Temple of Ying County, Shanxi province, China, is a wooden Chinese pagoda built in 1056, during the Khitan-led Liao Dynasty.The pagoda was built by Emperor Daozong of Liao at the site of his grandmother's family home.The pagoda, which has survived several large earthquakes throughout the centuries, reached a level of such fame within China that it was given the generic nickname of the Muta .The pagoda stands on a 4 m tall stone platform, has a 10 m tall steeple, and reaches a total height of 67.31 m tall; it is the oldest existent fully wooden pagoda still standing in China.

Tourists Flock to Witness Flowers Bloom in Cities across China
Tourists and amateur photographers flocked to various cities within China to enjoy the fresh colors of spring created by beautiful blooming flowers.
White cherry blossoms are beginning to bloom all over Liuzhi a special district in southwest China's Guizhou Province. The scene attracted tourists from all over to come and take photos of the picturesque landscape. The southwest China's Sichuan Province also welcomed the beautiful Sims Azalea.
The rapeseed flowers also produce a beautiful spectacle during the spring season. Many tourists go to east China's Anhui Province and northwest China's Shanxi Province to enjoy the beautiful view of rapeseed flowers.
It is such a beautiful scene. Here there is a large amount of rapeseed flowers. This place also has other tourist attractions like mountains, rivers and a bamboo raft attraction. It is definitely a pleasant place to travel to, said a tourist from Shanxi Province.
More than 700 hectares of peach flowers coated the Kowloon Gorge scenic spot in the city of Xingtai and magnolia flowers bloomed in Longxing temple in the Zhengding County. The forsythia flower and apricot flower blossomed in Xishan forest park in the city of Shijiazhuang.

秦皇岛是河北省东端下辖的一个地级市，是京沈线上重要城市之一。靠在渤海湾边上，西距首都北京280公里，西南距省会石家庄483公里，距天津220公里。以秦始皇求仙驻跸而得名。
秦皇岛是全国首批14个沿海开放城市之一，中国北方重要的对外贸易口岸，国务院批准的全国甲级旅游城市。著名的风景区山海关、北戴河坐落于此。
Qinhuangdao is a port city in northeastern Hebei province of North China. It is about 300 km east of Beijing, on the Bohai Sea, the innermost gulf of the Yellow Sea.
Its population during the 2010 census was 2,987,605, with 820,800 living in the built-up area of 3 urban counties.
Be civilized: Authorities warn tourists not to climb ancient city walls in N. China
Security guards and warning signs have been set up to prevent visitors from climbing ancient city walls in Zhengding County, north China's Hebei province. Local authorities said they will propose further measures to preserve the historic relics.
