Mogán is a town and a Spanish municipality in the southwestern part of the island of Gran Canaria, which is one of the three main islands making up the Province of Las Palmas in the Canary Islands, Spain.
Mogán is the second largest municipality by area on the island. It includes the fishing towns of Puerto de Mogán and Arguineguín. Much of the population lives on the Atlantic coastline. The town of Mogán is about 8 kilometres from the coast, 11 km north of Puerto Rico de Gran Canaria and 40 km south-west of Las Palmas. The GC-1 motorway passes through the south of the municipality. There is a string of tourist resorts along the coast.

Puerto de Mogán is a picturesque resort and fishing village in the municipality of Mogán, set at the mouth of a steep-sided valley on the south-west coast of the island of Gran Canaria. It attracts many tourists either to stay or on day-visits. Canals linking the marina to the fishing harbour have led to it being nicknamed Little Venice or the Venice of the Canaries. Its beach (Mogan beach or playa de Mogan) has a good reputation. Restaurants and bars fringe the marina and the beach front.
On Fridays there is a very popular market which brings in tourists from all over the island. Puerto de Mogán has very few buildings over two stories high, and the government of Gran Canaria restricts new buildings taller than this.
Puerto de Mogán can be reached via a new extension of the motorway GC1 (opened in March 2013) which terminates just to the north of the village, and is also on several bus routes. The Cats' ravine (cañada de los Gatos or Lomo los Gatos) is located at the mouth of the Mogan ravine that opens onto Mogan beach. The valley of the Sea (cañada de la Mar) was also declared Property of cultural interest as archaeological zone, in 2005.

Fuente de los Azulejos are unusual rock formations on the island of Gran Canaria (Spain). This place is a tourist attraction of the region. Fuente de los Azulejos means tile fountain, due to the color of the rocks resembling Portuguese tiles. Green, red, orange and violet colors are caused by oxidation. In Los Azulejos, you are standing just outside the edge of the ancient crater. Arrival by GC - 200 from Mogan towards Agaete, past the town of Veneguera./

Vídeo del Camino que va desde la Degollada de La Aldea (Tasarte), pasando por El Viso, Andenes de Tasarte, El Castillete y los Azulejos de Veneguera (Mogán).

Comenzamos en la Degollada de la Aldea, Cruce de Tasartico, cogemos en dirección al Viso para llegar a la bifurcación y empezar a subir por el pinar. Al final del zigzag tomamos a la derecha para comenzar el camino del andén de tasarte, al final del mismo llegamos al castillete y cogemos el camino a la izq. El más arriba, seguimos hasta la curva de la pista forestal y tomamos el camino de la izq. En dirección montaña de los hornos, el regreso es a la casa de Ojeda (Aula de la naturaleza de Inagua). El descenso por los Azulejos hasta la carretera.
