Kerrville-Schreiner Park, Texas
Had a wonderful stay at Kerrville-Schreiner Park which use to be a state park but now is owned by the City of Kerrville Texas. A beautiful Park within minutes of down town Kerrville. Lots of wildlife and great fishing in the Guadalupe River. Met up with some great friends over in Boerne, Texas, Justin and Christine Hunt and family. Had one of the best Bar-B-Q dinners I think I have ever had, Thanks Justine and Christine for the great hostility. Hope this gives you an incite in case you might ever want to stay there. We hope you like what you see, if so Please Subscribe and Share, Thanks for watching.

Fishing Vacation Road Trip Day 3 (Oct. 6, 2016)
I left Del Rio, TX and saw a new windmill farm outside of Brackettville, TX. Got to Bandera and made a wrong turn , but found the Medina river to scope out on some fish. Made it to Kerrville, TX and to the new Stonehenge exhibit in Ingram, TX. Visited with Jack and Jennifer and checked out their outdoor furniture shop and finally did some fishing on their Guadalupe riverfront property. Then of course retired for the night.

Hill Country SNA Hike and Camp New Year 2017
We ended 2016 and began 2017 at Hill Country State Natural Area in Bandera, Texas. We left Waco on Friday, December 30th. We stayed Friday night at the YO Ranch Hotel in Kerrville and woke early the next morning to head to Hill Country SNA. Saturday, December 31st, was the first full day of hiking with a total of about 9 miles hiked. Sunday, January 1st, our hike was a total of about 8 miles with our last day of hiking on Monday, January 2nd for about 5 miles. The weather was amazing with lows in the lower 40's and highs in the mid 70's. We really had an amazing time in this beautiful park. What a way to end 2016 and begin 2017. Happy New Year!!
