Lovatnet is a lake in the municipality of Stryn in Sogn og Fjordane county, Norway. It is located about 2 kilometres southeast of the village of Loen and about 6 kilometres east of the village of Olden.

Today we are going to Oldevatn Camping to Kjenndal Glacier in Lodal Valley, Here we saw Ramnefjellsfossen Waterfall in Loen we visit the Loen Skylift and go upstairs for lunch and enjoy the view at 1011 meters high. After that we drive to #Briksdalsbreen Glacier because it is already quite late and bad weather we decide not to go further than the visitor center at Briksdalsbreen. Unfortunately, I was still a bit ill. But this was a great and a beautiful day ! What is #Norway Cool. #Roadtrip

Det grønne Lovatnet omkranset av Jostedalsbreen er unikt stykke norsk natur. Alt virker så fredfullt og underskjønt, men i 1905 og 1936 skjedde det som ble kjent som ulykkene i Loen.
