My LocAle: Ludlow Brewing / Black Knight / 4.5%
I was expecting malty full-bodied sweetness because of the colour of this beer but it wasn't that heavy.
It was the right amount of sweetness and was quite refreshing so I could drink it through without a rest. It's not a bad thing as this is only 4.5%.
Other types of ales from Ludlow Brewing are also good. Worth trying them.

Favourite Beers - Cheltenham - Realalein140 on tour
This day-trip proved to be very expensive, you'll see why when you watch the video. Over 750 different beers available in just one shop and a very knowledgeable proprietor, the ideal combination. If you are anywhere in the vicinity and you like beer, you really must get to this place. Amazing. Thanks Leigh for the natter, tour and recommendations. They can be found on the internet at and their twitter feed is @favouritebeers or on facebook at

Proud of British Beer: Tax Campaign
Proud of British Beer is a short film produced by the Society of Independent Brewers (SIBA). It features brewers, both large and small, hop and barley growers, maltsters and industry suppliers. Our concerns are that the continued above inflation increases in beer duty are destroying this indigenous British industry. Pubs, which are an integral part of the fabric of British society are also being forced to close at the rate of 29 per week. This cannot be allowed to continue.
We are proud of British beer. Are you?
