NITV NEWS - LURUJARRI TRAIL
Big thanks to Charmaine Ingram for her wonderful report of the 2012 Lurujarri Trail and how it and the ENTIRE SONG LINE is under threat from irresponsible industrial development.
Frame rate of video is a little strange as it went through a blender getting from my computer to onair and back again to my computer. The on-air report was crisp and clear.

Tribute to Mr Joe Roe - Hommage à Monsieur Joseph Roe
A great man has just suddenly passed away. Not just a great man, a leader, a warrior against injustice, a protector of life. An example that inspired many of us... and will inspire future generations. He is the man who inspired the movie Heritage Fight. We cry his disappearance. But we are thankful of having met him because what he left within us will never vanish. R.I.P.

In the heart of the last wild region of Australia, an Aboriginal community, the Goolarabooloo, must deal with the development project of the biggest gas factory in the world, supported by the government.
Aborigines and supportive citizens decide to join together to defend things that have no price: a land, a vision of the world, and, more than anything, a cultural heritage.
So begins a struggle with an unexpected result.

Another day at the Manari Road Blockade : magicbroome
This is footage taken over several days from WEEK SIX of the Manari Road / James Price Point Blockade. Enough tears have been shed to fill the Fitzroy river.
The fight is far from over. Protesters stand strong.
WOODSIDE must be stopped, the deep water PORT at James Price Point must never be built as it will become the gateway to TOTAL destruction of the DAMPIER PENINSULA and THE KIMBERLEY. The LNG processing plant would be just the beginning. All of AUSTRALIA - please stand behind these people. The GAS PLANT CAN BE BUILT ELSEWHERE AND AUSTRALIA CAN BENIFIT THE SAME!!! LOCAL COMMUNITIES CAN GAIN MORE IN FUTURE TOURISM, CULTURAL AND SCIENTIFIC USE OF THE LAND.
And then there are the dinosaur tracks...
please check back for more over the next few days, specifically on the recently discovered dinosaur tracks, possibly some of the most significant in the world.
Cheers everyone.
Jeff
P.S. This footage is part of a world first, immersive FULLDOME 360 degree ultra high resolution documentary, coming soon!!!

Images are from recent work in South America, 3D animation projects, a 360 show on the history of Broome, Western Australia (BROOMETIME STORIES) and other elements. I've been very busy.

Manari Rd 30 sec Film Festival # 4 - Colin's Dream - magicbroome
Colin Barnett is fascinated about plundering the North West of Australia. 'Out of sight , out of mind' - or at least his mind.
Colin claims it's 'unAustralian' to question his proposals, yet publicly states he will IGNORE any directives from Federal sources (ie EPA) - Statements that seem to reinforce old guard yearnings for WA succession from the other states.
Maybe the NW may decide to beak away from the south. Talk about dividing communities...
Colin Barnett - A loose canon firing many blanks.
Anyway enjoy the vid.
Lots more to come very very soon,
including a big music video for a song by Russell Roberts.
cheers
Jefferson Skinner
