The best thing about Lynn Canyon Park is how easy, close to Vancouver and free it is.
Just search how to get to Lynn Canyon and you'll easily find multiple suggestions. Transit from Downtown Vancouver should only take you an hour to get here. With Lynn Canyon being as popular as it is you'll usually see lot's of people getting off at it's destination. If you get lost just ask the driver and they will be happy to help you out.
I would recommend skipping the pricey Capilano Suspension Bridge and check out Lynn Canyon Park if you've never been. With natural pools, waterfalls and it's own suspension bridge it's hard to beat.

Lynn Canyon Park is a municipal park in the District of North Vancouver, British Columbia. When the park officially opened in 1912 it was only 12 acres in size, but it now encompasses 617 acres. The park has many hiking trails of varying length and difficulty. The Baden-Powell Trail passes through the park crossing over the Lynn Canyon Suspension Bridge. Due to its natural landscape many TV series such as Stargate SG-1 and Stargate Atlantis used the area for filming.
The Lynn Canyon Suspension Bridge is a pedestrian bridge located within Lynn Canyon Park, in the District of North Vancouver, British Columbia. It is 50 metres high from the bottom of the canyon. The bridge was built as a private venture in 1912.
The bridge connects the extensive hiking trails on the two sides of the canyon and is part of the Baden-Powell Trail. However, many of the tourists do not hike, and only visit the suspension bridge. The free-to-access bridge is often compared to the nearby and widely advertised Capilano Suspension Bridge. While the bridge is shorter and not as high, it is narrower and moves around more when people walk on it. For many locals, a major part of the attraction is the difference in price.
The Lynn Canyon Ecology Centre is a building within the Lynn Canyon Park of North Vancouver, British Columbia that displays interactive exhibits about British Columbia's natural history as well as local and global environmental issues. Opened in 1971, the building is designed to resemble a Pacific dogwood blossom, the official flower of the province. The centre is designed with the intention of creating a fun and interactive atmosphere for all ages to learn about local and global environmental issues. During peak tourism months, many individuals new to the city visit the Lynn Canyon Park and often take advantage of the gift shop found in the centre. Other populations include students via school organized field trips as well as individuals simply interested in learning more about local and global ecology.

Lynn Canyon Park is a hidden secret near Vancouver, BC, known mostly just to residents of North Vancouver and surrounding areas.
But as you will see in this vlog, it's well worth the visit for anyone coming to Vancouver, and it is surprisingly easy to get to!
Getting to Lynn Canyon Park:
* Start in downtown Vancouver
* Take the Seabus Ferry from Waterfront Station to North Vancouver (Lonsdale Quay)
* Take the #228 Bus from Lonsdale Quay to Lynn Canyon Park.
* There will likely be other hikers getting off at the park. If you're unsure about when your stop will be, ask the bus driver.

Beautiful scenery, easy hiking, and swimming make Lynn Canyon Park, in North Vancouver, a popular destination. The Twin Falls Loop takes you over the Lynn Canyon Suspension Bridge, through the forest, and over-top Twin Falls itself.
While the Lynn Canyon Suspension Bridge is not as long as the Capilano Suspension Bridge, it is awe-inspiring nonetheless. And unlike the Capilano Suspension Bridge, there is no charge for admittance or parking in Lynn Canyon Park.

This park is free and is beautiful , there's a suspension bridge not to long like capilano but it worth , the trails are so easy and i heard in summer you can swim in the pools
